Okay, went back today and got the Taro milk tea with easy ice. They were happy to accommodate and even gave me a choice of 50% or 25% ice. So please with my drink and I'm enjoying every bit of it!

Ask for less ice.. trust me Super cute boba shop! During covid they did have one seating area open they have super cute wall to take pictures on with a bench in front of it so your friends can sit together for the pic:) I tried their signature milk tea Got it 70% sweet and I regret not asking for less ice Not sure if you can tell from my photo but they use big ice cubes and it was A LOT of ice! My friend asked for less ice and it was the "normal" amount Less sweet option was also a good idea not sure how sweet 100% is but 70% was still really delicious other than that the tea was super good and the boba was perfectly cooked! the worker were all nice and drinks were made pretty quickly I would def come back

Man the service by these 3 men... Phenomenal. Their service towards me was nothing short of kind and treated me like I was family. These 3 workers really know how to treat their customers well. I was shocked by how well they treated me and how kind and patient that were with me. If you guys come here be on the lookout for one of these 3! They'll treat you with kindness, respect, and like family! The drinks too, were excellent by these 3! It was so delicious and I even ordered a 2nd one! And they kept the place clean and tidy too! I'm glad I came while they were around!

I found this location while looking for nearby boba places, and it had the highest rating of all the ones nearby, so I decided to go. The tea itself isn't the best I've ever had; I've had better tea elsewhere, but the boba was really nice. Because I've been to places where the tea is excellent but the boba is subpar. Another thing I noticed was that they add an excessive quantity of ice in your drink, therefore I strongly advise anyone to ask for light ice, because if you don't, your ice would probably fill up around 1/3 of your cup. Nevertheless, it wasn't the best boba tea, but it wasn't the worst, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick drink. Anyhow it was the interior that I really liked about this establishment; it had such a fantastic aesthetic, with spaces to shoot photos and activities to play with other people. So, if you're looking for a place to hang out and take some cool shots with boba, this is the place to go. The you're my cup of tea sign was one of my favorites; it's cheesy, but that's what makes it appealing. Another cool feature was their drawing board; there were some amusing meme drawings on there, which I think just helps to lighten the atmosphere and allow people to have a better time considering that we were in the midst of a pandemic that prevented people from engaging in social activities. Overall, the personnel looked attentive, and the boba was rather nice, therefore I believe it is worthy of a four-star rating.

My new favorite boba place!! After seeing so many reviews quickly being posted just during their soft opening, I was a bit skeptical so decided to wait couple weeks for the hype to die down. That was a mistake lol. I should have gone during soft opening for their BOGO50% off. So far I have tried the signature milk tea, Hokkaido oolong milk tea, hazelnuts milk tea, and the kumquat lemonade ice tea. Can't complain about any of them. All have really good flavor. I pretty much only go for milk tea or blended drinks at any boba place, but took a sip from my other half's kumquat lemonade and was so surprised at how good the flavor was. It tasted just like fresh kumquat. You can request the ice level on all of their drinks, and sweetness level on most. For those with "FS" next to it on the menu, which means "Fixed sugar", they don't add any additional sugar. It's already sweet as is. I was a bit disappointed to know that, but gave it a try anyway and glad that they're not overly sweet. Just a bit sweeter than I'd prefer but still good. They also offer many toppings. Some are very unique and hard to find anywhere else. Besides 1102, Ding Tea is the only other place I know that offer the crystal boba which made out of agar. They don't become harder or change texture if refrigerated or sit in the cup too long. Definitely my prefer topping now over regular boba. The place is super cute even tho it's small and can get very packed. It's also closer to home so I'll definitely come more often.

As promised, I'm updating my review bc Ding Tea did the most novel thing: They listened to their customers and made the suggested changes! 1. There is now a point system in place, if you'd like to enroll with your phone number. Each dollar spent is 1 point, and after 50 points (about 10 drinks), you get a free tea! 2. The signs have been updated to showcase their popular drinks (Kumquat Lemon Iced Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Thai Tea, Signature Milk Tea, and a few others). 3. I still asked for less ice, just in case, but I glanced around at the cups of others, and they looked filled with a reasonable amount of ice. What really boosts this review to 5 stars was the effort the owner made to reach out to me both online and in person. She seems like an earnest businesswoman who is compassionate towards her young workers but also receptive to customer suggestions. Ding, Ding, Ding! We have a Bubble Tea winner in town!

Def my favorite boba chain (that has locations in Texas!). I tried my usual drink, oolong milk tea with golden boba and was persuaded to do 75% sweetness rather than 25% which I normally ask for, and it was indeed perfect! Though the ice level seemed a bit excessive even after requesting for less ice. I also tried bf's monster boba, which has neither tea or coffee. Highly rec if you like sweet caramel candy as this is exactly what it tasted like! A tad too sweet for my liking but enjoyed the few sips I sampled. Definitely hope to return to try the other signature drinks! This entire place is like an insta photo op! Tables are small, board games are also available. Nice place to hang out with friends rather than studying.

Cute place, loved the wall decor. The staff was friendly and I had a Hokkaido Milk Tea with Golden Pearls. Golden Pearls are the same boba you get anywhere else, the drink was good. They also serve Che Buoi there, it's pretty good. Reminds me of my childhood and the serving size was perfect. I took a star away only because the furniture was dirty... the couches and cushions. Maybe get a couch cover and rotate cushions on the benches? Just a thought. I'll come back, definitely recommend coming back.. but probably for a to go order. The place was getting busy, always a good sign.

This has fast become one of our favorite boba tea places in the DFW area. This is been my 3rd time here since the soft opening and to my surprise, all 3 times has been spectacular yet most importantly consistent. The tea quality is superb and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to this franchise, owner, manager and staff! Keep up the good work. The kumquat lemon ice tea is right on, not to sweet and can definitely taste the kumquat tanginess. The oolong milk tea is just perfect. You can taste the tea and the milk/sweetness isn't over powering. Get the golden boba!!! read more

Easily my favorite milk tea joint. They do a bangin' version of the holy trinity of milk teas - basic Assam black, Oolong and Jasmine. If you're looking for a sweeter fare, their signature Monster boba is off the bicycle chain, mang! If you're looking for something on that coffee tip, the brown sugar coffee is splendid! My favorite is always the Jasmine milk tea, though. I can't speak for the non-milky varieties on the menu, as I don't tend to lean that direction when I'm there. They had their soft opening today, and already at 4pm it was pretty crowded! They had a great variety of drinks, most if not all only served in one size. Toppings are $0.55, and regular milk tea drinks start at $4.25. My sister bought the thai tea latte with golden boba, and I had a regular milk tea with egg pudding. Both drinks are super creamy, which we loved! Their golden boba is amazing- sweet and perfectly cooked. They had originally let us know they ran out of the golden boba, and my sister said it was okay if she didn't receive any toppings, but they managed to make some in time for her drink to come out! Great, friendly staff and quick to make great drinks as well. Beautiful interior decor and soothing atmosphere. Good for a simple date or hang out with friends and family. read more

BEST AESTHETICS! Great place for a photo-op. Inside is kind of small, so not a lot of room if it's busy. As for the boba, I had the regular milk tea and wintermelon milk tea! I preferred the wintermelon over the regular because it was a little sweeter. The drinks in general are a little more milky than other boba places but still good. I would definitely ask for less ice though, since both of the cups were like half ice. Toppings are 55¢, while most places are just 50¢. Service gives good advice if you don't know what drink to order, also very friendly! Overall good experience and good drinks, but a little on the pricey side. read more

I have enjoyed all of their offerings to date since they opened, I come here about once a week: made to order, staff are always perky, place is popular, never takes too long to get an order no matter how busy they are. Why only 3-stars? Nothing tastes truly fresh, seems everything is ready-made or a syrup or a powder. But it is convenient for me. Weird review, huh! read more

Their taro milk tea / slush is my favorite. Interior design is really cute for those who care. Lots of pretty walls bc they're a thing for cute instas and stuff lol Four bc i has their other drinks such as the matcha green tea and passion fruit and it just didn't stand out to me. I had the pineapple black tea, no added sugar, and lychee jelly. I had them put less of the pineapple jam. Tasted perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Finally they have a milktea shop right by my house. The store is not too big so seating is very limited. The decor is nice. The store is clean and the staff who was taking our order is very friendly. My favorite drink for now is Monster Boba Latte which is not in the menu. Instead, they have the sign on the desk. The sugar level is just perfect for my taste. It was too sweet compare to any other store around the town which I always have to tell them "half sweet" ;) read more

This place is really cute! It's very clean and bright. They have a lot of games so it's a good place to hang out with friends and family. I love that they have a charging bar since my phone is always low on battery!!! I usually order passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly when I go to boba places but Ding Tea makes it the best!! It's not too sweet and just the right amount of tea. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile when I enter. I will be back for sure!! read more

This is probably my favorite boba tea place to satisfy my boba addiction. The place is nicely decorated and extremely clean. It's a perfect place for family, friends, even students to gather and chill. Excellent customer service with well trained staff. The bobaristas are very knowledgeable of all items on their menu. This cute boba spot has many options for drinks. I got their monster bobo latte which was pretty good! The girl taking our orders recommended my fiancé to get the mango yogurt tea which was great as well. Unfortunately we forgot to get boba in the mango yogurt tea because we weren't asked. Which they normally ask if you want a topping to upsell but oh well! Regardless, it was still good. Parking was super easy and it's at a convenient location. read more

The monster latte was pretty good, the interior and decoration are also very nice & clean, friendly staff. - I have to take 1 star off because the Thai milk tea was the worst among all tea houses that I've been. Like another reviewer said, it tasted NOTHING like Thai milk tea, the flavor is just... bad - 1 more star taken off because.. JUST LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF ICE IN THAT CUP. More than half of the cup was filled with ice. Even though we as customers can always ask for less ice, it should never be a standard to start with THIS MUCH ICE! Overall still a decent place, hopefully the next time I try this place they'll make me change my rating. read more

It's great to see a shop so deep in South Arlington open up! Ding Tea does a fantastic job of importing a California feel to Texas. There are plenty of cute things around the store that you can take photos at. I ordered a Strawberry Yakult with rainbow jelly that came out delicious. It was the perfect amount of sweet and tart. My only gripe with the store is pricing, it is a little bit more expensive than other shops but it is manageable. read more

Ding Tea is one of my favorite boba spots in San Diego and I was surprised when I saw one opening just down the street from where I live now here in Arlington. I usually adjust my sweetness to 75% or 50% and I completely forgot today but it was perfect so cool points for whoever made my drink! The whole staff team were very prompted and friendly. Really cute new boba place that opened up near 360! There are so many boba places and this one seems to have pretty decent boba. Their golden boba is a signature. I got that with the matcha milk tea. Really strong matcha taste if you like that. I like the aesthetics of the place. The neon sign inside is a cute photo place and their hanging chair is also adorable. Pretty good parking area but there aren't a lot of tables to sit inside. Overall a great new addition to the area. Can't wait to go back and try read more

First off, the line hold up was long and we were standing there for a hot minute waiting to order because they were "doing something". Then, when we ordered WITH BOBA he replied and said "we don't have boba". What kind of boba shop doesn't have boba? Then, we waited for like 8 minutes for our drinks, just for it to taste horrid. I do not recommend this place, save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Ding Tea is a very cute boba shop in the Arlington area! With all of the new shops opening, it catches your eye with the interior decorations and new drinks. I got the Hokkaido oolong milk tea and I was a little disappointed about how watery it was, but I still enjoyed the quality of the crystal boba. The store is a tight squeeze and there's heavy foot traffic so wait times are long every now and then. Overall I'd visit again! read more

I've been coming here over the last two years about and it was amazing before but I don't know what happened. Maybe they had a lot of turnover this year or something? The thing that kept me coming back was their golden boba because it was sweetened really well and the consistency was more chewy than traditional boba. Lately, it's been a little hard though like the middle didn't get boiled just long enough. It also tastes very bland or diluted as well. Kinda disappointing bc they were so great before. read more

I was in the area and searched boba and this place was not disappointing at all. They explained why they dont use the brown boba and stuff. They said they use organic boba if I heard them right. ;) We had taro milk tea, classic milk tea and the dirty milk rea( couldn't remember the name but it looked similar to the dirty milk tea). All were good. The dirty milk tea had a full flavor very creamy and rich. I'll definitely be back. read more

This saturday morning I came in for my usual dose of their delicious grapefruit green tea but today I was left with disappointment. My drink was made by a guy with braces and it tasted like it shouldn't even be a drink and had a weird taste to it. Of course not every worker is the same and it's still a new place but the workers should still be supervised (usually the manager is out who is very kind) Overall, the girl who was taking my order was very helpful so kudos to great customer service.
