I was craving some desserts after pizza, so decided to give this place a try. They had a Vietnamese dessert that was sticky rice and pomelo pieces and I decided to give it a try - it was very good! Not too sweet and also at a great portion . They had a few other interesting options there that seem to be worth trying . Recommend !
This is a wonderful boba shop. I loved the vibe of the place. The boba is amazing, and I was only in there for 15 minutes tops. It was great experience. Would definitely recommend going! -Katelyn Taylor
Love coming to a place that has two words that identify you as a Texan! The tea was good and I like that you can adjust the sugar level. The staff was friendly and attentive! Good tea place and will be back when I'm in town.
Okay, went back today and got the Taro milk tea with easy ice. They were happy to accommodate and even gave me a choice of 50% or 25% ice. So please with my drink and I'm enjoying every bit of it!
Ask for less ice.. trust me Super cute boba shop! During covid they did have one seating area open they have super cute wall to take pictures on with a bench in front of it so your friends can sit together for the pic:) I tried their signature milk tea Got it 70% sweet and I regret not asking for less ice Not sure if you can tell from my photo but they use big ice cubes and it was A LOT of ice! My friend asked for less ice and it was the "normal" amount Less sweet option was also a good idea not sure how sweet 100% is but 70% was still really delicious other than that the tea was super good and the boba was perfectly cooked! the worker were all nice and drinks were made pretty quickly I would def come back
I found this location while looking for nearby boba places, and it had the highest rating of all the ones nearby, so I decided to go. The tea itself isn't the best I've ever had; I've had better tea elsewhere, but the boba was really nice. Because I've been to places where the tea is excellent but the boba is subpar. Another thing I noticed was that they add an excessive quantity of ice in your drink, therefore I strongly advise anyone to ask for light ice, because if you don't, your ice would probably fill up around 1/3 of your cup. Nevertheless, it wasn't the best boba tea, but it wasn't the worst, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick drink. Anyhow it was the interior that I really liked about this establishment; it had such a fantastic aesthetic, with spaces to shoot photos and activities to play with other people. So, if you're looking for a place to hang out and take some cool shots with boba, this is the place to go. The you're my cup of tea sign was one of my favorites; it's cheesy, but that's what makes it appealing. Another cool feature was their drawing board; there were some amusing meme drawings on there, which I think just helps to lighten the atmosphere and allow people to have a better time considering that we were in the midst of a pandemic that prevented people from engaging in social activities. Overall, the personnel looked attentive, and the boba was rather nice, therefore I believe it is worthy of a four-star rating.
Gotta stop by every time I am close best place for tea and coffees. Service is fast and friendly
My new favorite boba place!! After seeing so many reviews quickly being posted just during their soft opening, I was a bit skeptical so decided to wait couple weeks for the hype to die down. That was a mistake lol. I should have gone during soft opening for their BOGO50% off. So far I have tried the signature milk tea, Hokkaido oolong milk tea, hazelnuts milk tea, and the kumquat lemonade ice tea. Can't complain about any of them. All have really good flavor. I pretty much only go for milk tea or blended drinks at any boba place, but took a sip from my other half's kumquat lemonade and was so surprised at how good the flavor was. It tasted just like fresh kumquat. You can request the ice level on all of their drinks, and sweetness level on most. For those with "FS" next to it on the menu, which means "Fixed sugar", they don't add any additional sugar. It's already sweet as is. I was a bit disappointed to know that, but gave it a try anyway and glad that they're not overly sweet. Just a bit sweeter than I'd prefer but still good. They also offer many toppings. Some are very unique and hard to find anywhere else. Besides 1102, Ding Tea is the only other place I know that offer the crystal boba which made out of agar. They don't become harder or change texture if refrigerated or sit in the cup too long. Definitely my prefer topping now over regular boba. The place is super cute even tho it's small and can get very packed. It's also closer to home so I'll definitely come more often.
As promised, I'm updating my review bc Ding Tea did the most novel thing: They listened to their customers and made the suggested changes! 1. There is now a point system in place, if you'd like to enroll with your phone number. Each dollar spent is 1 point, and after 50 points (about 10 drinks), you get a free tea! 2. The signs have been updated to showcase their popular drinks (Kumquat Lemon Iced Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Thai Tea, Signature Milk Tea, and a few others). 3. I still asked for less ice, just in case, but I glanced around at the cups of others, and they looked filled with a reasonable amount of ice. What really boosts this review to 5 stars was the effort the owner made to reach out to me both online and in person. She seems like an earnest businesswoman who is compassionate towards her young workers but also receptive to customer suggestions. Ding, Ding, Ding! We have a Bubble Tea winner in town!
Def my favorite boba chain (that has locations in Texas!). I tried my usual drink, oolong milk tea with golden boba and was persuaded to do 75% sweetness rather than 25% which I normally ask for, and it was indeed perfect! Though the ice level seemed a bit excessive even after requesting for less ice. I also tried bf's monster boba, which has neither tea or coffee. Highly rec if you like sweet caramel candy as this is exactly what it tasted like! A tad too sweet for my liking but enjoyed the few sips I sampled. Definitely hope to return to try the other signature drinks! This entire place is like an insta photo op! Tables are small, board games are also available. Nice place to hang out with friends rather than studying.
Man the service by these 3 men... Phenomenal. Their service towards me was nothing short of kind and treated me like I was family. These 3 workers really know how to treat their customers well. I was shocked by how well they treated me and how kind and patient that were with me. If you guys come here be on the lookout for one of these 3! They'll treat you with kindness, respect, and like family! The drinks too, were excellent by these 3! It was so delicious and I even ordered a 2nd one! And they kept the place clean and tidy too! I'm glad I came while they were around!
Thank you guys for being amazing! The staff was great our drinks were amazing and the service was so quick! The kids would not stop raving about them!
My first time there and the guy was super helpful. He advised me to get the strawberry mango slush whith 75% sweetness. I added honey Boba and OMG it was absolutely delicious

With all these boba tea places popping up everywhere recently, it's definitely a little difficult to make yourself stand out from the rest, but Ding Tea Arlington has definitely managed to do that! Their Taro Milk Tea and Matcha Milk Tea were both delicious! Very creamy, smooth, and tea-y...just yum! I'm not a caramel person so I didn't care for their Monster Boba Latte too much, but I will definitely be back to try other flavors. Cute place! It's small but very nicely decorated. Instagram worthy no matter where you snap. read more
I was super excited for this place! I heard about it in California so I had to try it! Can I say that this place is super CUTE! IG worthy backgrounds and fun games to play while you sit and sip. Parking is super easy, they are established right by Bowie high school, my alma mater. And right by one of the best pizza places is arlington, Brooklyn's best. I believe this place will revive the area since Albertsons left and blockbuster made it a ghost complex. My first impression was great, because they were busy, and I got my order taken so fast, and I got my drink fast!! I got the matcha milk tea with boba, I wish it was a little more flavorful, but it was still good. And my friends got the winter melon which they said is a must try!! I can't wait to go back. If the owner is reading this, I appreciate them coming to the Agg! Because lord knows we needed a good boba place nearby! And now we have one! Oh ..and price, very reasonable!! read more

Thank you Thien for your 5 star review. We are greatly pleased that…
Absolutely adorable. Came here to study on a friday morning and was welcomed by kind faces. I ordered a taro milk tea and to my surprise their tapioca is called "golden boba." To me it tasted the same, I think the only difference in regular tapioca and the one they had was the color. The milk tea was also very good. It was sweet just how I like it. The inside of the store is my favorite thing about it though. It's so cute inside. Very aesthetic. They have a bench swing and a cute wall. I had no problems studying there which is perfect since it's so close to a college. Would love to come again. read more

Drinks: I got the the Mango Yakult with Lychee Jelly! Very yummy! Service: Very friendly staff. Environment: Lots of photo ops! Very cute and chill environment. I wonder how busy they are on a weekday, but I only come to Dallas from Houston on weekends. OH and they have games. read more

Did I come here for ice or did I come here for milk tea? Lol The drinks themselves were alright to me, not bad. I know we can ask for less/no ice, but normal amount of ice shouldn't be this much in my opinion. read more
What kind of boba place runs out of boba?! This place! :( Unfortunately, it has happened MULTIPLE TIMES! I have always came back to Ding Tea for the golden boba, but they have disappointed me multiple times running out of boba in the middle of the day. I can't remember the last time I had Ding Tea because they always ran out of boba. They also ran out of taro flavored drinks one time. I am not sure how a boba drinks business run without boba available/ a wait time of over 40 minutes for boba. I hope they evaluate this issue. read more
First time here and I gotta say it's quite the far drive from me but it was worth it because I was already in Arlington and always wanted to try out this place! Because I heard it's better than most boba shop, wouldn't really say "better" since everyone is different. Anyways onto the boba, that give a 5% discount for checking through yelp or Facebook so I did and the only drink that caught my attention was the wintermelon since I LOVE wintermelon, they were really quick on drinks and the drink was absolutely good! Really refreshing and well, better than sharetea(sorry). *Overall: the place is very comforting and so welcoming, so photogenic when hanging out with friends and love their service! read more

New Boba shops always popping up and getting hyped, and Ding Tea is one of the uprising shops. Ding tea is one of my go-to places for boba. I've been to this location plenty of times and I've never ran I to any problems with any of my orders. They re reasonably priced and hand shaken. The drinks are pretty consistent in my opinion! This place is cute and IG worthy picture it's very well decorated I love the color of all the stuff inside the store, very comfortable to look at. Great customer service. I ordered jasmine milk tea with crystal boba and 50% less sugar. You can customize your drinks sweetness and ice level here, so don't be scared to let the cashier know so they affect your drink accordingly. This my second time trying staying crystal boba ( Ding Teas specialty topping), I encourage everyone r to try it at least twice for the experience because 99.99% of people like it and won't be able to try it anywhere else. The crystal boba was great, jasmine milk tea was just prefect, the tea flavor was strong and good. I got exactly what u wanted. When they did the crystal boba won't harden overnight (since my caffeine sensitivity is pretty low tolerance, I know I wouldn't be able to drink it all..) The verdict? Passed! The boba next day still has the same texture as the night before even after sticking it in thes fridge read more
This is officially my favorite place for "BUBBLE TEA"!! Normally, I would have to ask for less sugar... but I found out that the drinks here are perfect the way they are!! .... not too sweet... just the way I like it. If you like creamy, I would recommend the Monster (there's no tea in it). If you like creamy with tea/caffeine... then I would recommend the signature drink. On the other hand, if you like citrous-y/lemony drinks... I would recommend any of the kumquat teas!! I finally tried the grapefruit green tea... which is now my new favorite!!I would definitely come back to try all the other flavors!! Just a heads-up... I would go a little less sweet on their teas which don't have milk in it. The inside of the place is very cute and it's a great place to hang out with friends and family. So the crystal boba still tastes the same after refrigeration... but the golden boba will not be good anymore if you try to put in the fridge to save for later. read more

This place is super cute. (AKA instagram-worthy) I picked up taro milk tea, jasmine milk tea, brown sugar with golden boba, hazelnut with golden boba, kumquat tea, and winter melon with aloe. Everyone said their boba was great and had no complaints! Both the milky and fruity teas were to satisfaction at the normal level of sugar. So happy there's a boba place closer to home! They ran out of grapefruit tea when I got there so that's what I'm trying next time I go. read more

Jasmine milk tea, oolong milk tea, and condensed milk coffee is good. 2 stars because my friend ordered a Thai Tea and it did not taste anything like a Thai tea. In addition, it was overwhelmingly sweet. We asked for a replacement and they said that they "cannot change it unless something is wrong with it." Clearly, there was something wrong with if we're complaining. A group beside us also had the same issue and got the same response. Share Tea easily replaced our drinks without question. Ding Tea does not satisfy the needs of their customers. So pro tip - don't get the Thai Tea and don't even bother asking for a replacement if you don't like your drink. read more

I've decided to give this place a few tries before making my review, considering I'm such a boba fanatic that I want my review to be as fair as possible. Honestly, this is a weak 4 stars, and not a 5 stars by any means. The decor of the shop is really cute, and the workers are kind. My problem is, the drinks are honestly hyped and it's not very good. The drinks that Ding Tea do have in similarity to Sharetea, such as honey milk tea, hokkaido milk tea, & jasmine milk tea are all exactly the same. The down fall is, the other drinks are...strange? For example, the thai tea taste nothing like thai tea...at all. I understand that different boba shops makes drinks differently but...the entire time drinking it, I had to question if maybe the workers made the wrong recipe? Oh well, the menu is big so I'm open to try other things. On the plus side, I do recommend their most advertised drink - monster boba latte. It's not as sweet as the typical brown sugar boba drinks, and it has a unique creamy-ness to it. Lastly, they do not have regular boba here, just brown sugar boba. read more

Ding tea is one of my favorite go-to spots for boba! Whenever I'm craving a taro milk tea especially, I always go here. The flavors are delicious and the drinks are always consistent in flavor. I really like their golden boba as well-it's super soft and chewy. I do think the drinks are on the sweeter side so maybe ask for 75% or 50% sweetness if you like your drinks to be less sweet. read more

I bought milk tea at here for several time and this is the first time i've met this situation. I need the explanation for what is this and why it is in MY MILK TEA. I will NEVER come back this place even though I like milk tea here. I wish to give them a 0 star for rating. read more

My new favorite boba shop in town! The boba is so chewy and fresh. I love getting their wintermelon milk tea. It has the perfect amount of sweetness.
