The quality and detail involved in the instruction here is superb - you feel like you're being given all of the information you need, from the basics to more complex properties of the helicopters. There was no point where I felt like the information was overwhelming or over-simplified: it seemed like the right mix of education and beginner's instruction. As for the flight, it's a blast! While I was far from talented at piloting the helicopter, I was given quite a lot of control over time, and I felt increasingly comfortable as time went on. I felt safe and monitored the entire time - even when a lot of wind blew the helicopter around, the instructor was available to make things right quickly and effortlessly. Needless to say, if you have the time and the money, give this place a shot!

He was very personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out various landmarks and places that we would be interested in seeing. Yes the price was nice but like the old saying goes you get what you pay for and that was nothing. He advertised he's having a covid 19 sale. You can take the Class A and Class B for approximately $500. Well my husband signed up and started the classes yay really excited. When my husband went to the classes in Laurel the first weekend, they only concentrated on the Class A driver's and told the B drivers to download the video off of YouTube and do the walk around. So my husband said ok. Then weeks goes by and still nothing he was still watching the videos and doing the walk around. Unable to get inside of the truck to practice any part of the inside things that was talked about on the video like the three finger timing and the air brakes or anything else because the doors was kept locked. The only thing that was kept unlocked for the guys to practice on was the hood of the truck. So today comes and its test day for my husband. Unfortunately my husband fails because of the air brakes which he never had the chance to practice any of it. We call Jeff the owner and explains what happens with the air brakes. He says well you didn't follow the video. WTH, we didn't pay for a video to teach my husband but then again I guess we did. And then he states that it will cost us an additional $400 for my husband to retake the test with his company. When I mentioned the fact that my husband was never inside of the truck to practice Jeff statement was why should he be allowed to drive when he does not have the walk around down. I replied how can he get the walk around down when he's not allow inside to complete the walk around.

Ms Leona is very professional and she is also patient and nurturing with all of her students as they do not want to leave when their class is over. The students range from ages 11-16 with different levels of experience and she manages all of them at their skill level in a small group setting. They are encouraged to support each other rather than to compete and they really work well together. Ms Leona also teaches adult classes and designs custom clothing for clergy. Each lane had about 3-4 students assigned and they take turns doing laps. At the end of practice, the instructor provides feedback to the child's chaperone. The school has thought of everything. They have a communal shower to rinse off by the pool, changing rooms, blow dryer station, seating area and reading material for adults, and merchandise for sale.
