They are so well organized and fill the kids days with fun and educational activities. They take the older kids on great field trips. The summer program is more like camp than day care, and my kids absolutely love it - water play or pool every week, a weekly theme, magic show, reptile show, etc. etc. They go out of their way to have family events throughout the year (Thanksgiving feast, Christmas program, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Kick Off to Summer, Fall Festival etc), which make you feel part of the family. They provide all the meals and snacks, usually including a hot and healthy lunch. I always feel confident going to work that my kids are safe and well cared for. It's not easy leaving your little ones all day, but Loving 2 Learn made it so much better! We're really going to miss this school and the staff and other kids now that my little ones are moving on. I have personally witnessed situations that made me very uncomfortable, including teachers using very loud voices with children, yelling or screaming when they are upset, and physically pulling or dragging children toward the floor. As a parent, seeing children handled this way is deeply concerning and not the kind of environment I expect for my child. I have also been disappointed with the management. Instead of feeling that my concerns were being taken seriously and addressed with the focus on the children, I often felt that financial matters and payments received more attention. That has made me question whether the children's best interests are truly being prioritized. Another serious concern is how some parents are treated. I have felt that parents are not always treated equally or with the same level of respect. I have personally felt uncomfortable with what appeared to be different treatment based on race or skin color, and I believe every family deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully. Parents trust a daycare with their most precious responsibility--their children. That trust requires safety, respectful treatment, transparency, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage parents to ask questions, observe how teachers interact with children, and pay close attention to how management responds when concerns are raised before making a decision about enrolling their child.

I called the director to let her know I was at the front door and her reply was "ok," and hung up. At that point, I'm thinking she's going to come out and greet me or show me where to go. Nope! I stood there waiting for 8 mins before calling again. It wasn't until then that she explained how to get into the building. She also said that everyone thinks the entrance is at the front etc... I mean duh! because when I booked the tour ya never explicitly explained how to get into the building the first time or the second time for that matter. She was annoyed lol and granted the fire alarms were going off at the same time but I proceeded with kindness and forgiveness. Now maybe this daycare was having off-day. I don't know. But when I walked in, I walked into complete chaos. There was a kid just sitting by himself at a table with no shirt on, far from the other kids. And the rest of the kids, a few were sobbing and others were just staring off into space. We couldn't even talk because it was so noisy and chaotic. I honestly felt bad for the little boy who was just sitting by himself. I just wanted to comfort him. I don't understand why none of the teachers were helping guide him into the main classroom area. Anyway, it was jarring for me see that and I knew at that moment this daycare was not for me. I don't know who it's for. You have to be really desperate to bring your child here. Lastly, meals and snacks aren't included. One star for providing parents a place to send their kids, another star for outdoor space.

It is also an affordable option in a county where there are very few of those. My daughter is always excited to go to school and often pouts if I try to pick her up too early.
