The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well organized. The front office staff is quick to respond and so very pleasant to work with. I know my daughter is well cared for, safe, and happy when she is at Primrose and there is nothing better than that.

I am so pleased to have my child at Primrose at the Parks. He has been there a year and we've…read morereally seen him thrive. He kicks his legs with excitement everytime we pull into the parking lot. The staff are experts. Dr. Noveno the head of school is so loving with the kids and very involved in every classroom. The teachers in the toddler room plan amazing lessons. They treat each kid like a little artist and everything is very project based. The facility is clean with great toys for learning. And the playground is safe and wonderful for the very youngest of learners. They use an app which provides updates including photos and videos. As a new parent, leaving my child at daycare made me very nervous. But the staff has my full trust and their stellar communication has given me great confidence. I see my child being social and exploring at such a great pace. I really think it takes a village to raise a child and I consider Primrose a part of ours. We are very grateful.

It has been wonderful to see her progress she is already beginning to recognize letters and numbers, which makes us very proud. She speaks highly of her teachers and enjoys spending time with her classmates. The school director, Koshila, is very professional, supportive, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a high standard for the school. All the staff members are kind, helpful, and genuinely seem to love what they do. I especially appreciate the regular communication from the school. I receive emails and photos that keep me updated on my daughter's daily activities, which gives me great peace of mind. I had heard many positive things about this kindergarten from friends, but now I have experienced it myself and can confidently say it is very well organized and nurturing. I highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any parent looking for a caring and professional learning environment for their child.

I contemplated writing this review for 2 months now but maybe this will help another parent. My…read moredaughter is a bright 2 year old with a speech delay. I expressed this to the school when touring as well as when enrolling. They ensured me they are equip to handle this and she is in good hands HOWEVER things went from bad to worst! My first red flag was the school calling me on day 4 of enrollment asking can I pick her up because there policy is the first week is half a day. ON DAY 4 AFTER SHE HAS BEEN IN SCHOOL FROM 8AM-5PM MONDAY TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY!!! Being the parent I am I went to the school and picked my baby up. I inquired AGAIN is this a good fit for my daughter because Im starting to feel like its not and there all over the place. AGAIN they told me yes there were equipment to handle her. ON DAY 10 I arrived at the school at 9am the teacher was not in the class.. I saw administration and they seemed lost that the teacher was not there but took my daughter and said everything was under control. When I came to pick up my daughter I requested to speak with the owner Rakhi De. In the meeting my first question was what happened to the teacher. She told me the teacher quit because the kids were "BAD" and began to blame my daughter saying that she colored on walls and the other kids followed. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PROVIDER TO BLAME A CHILD THAT HAS BEEN IN THE SCHOOL 2 WEEKS 10 DAYS FOR A TEACHER QUITTING. THIS WAS NEVER BOUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BEFORE THIS DAY SO I BELIEVED IT WAS A DEFENSE MECHANISM!! I was upset left and got my child. The next day I spoke with the Director Marian White-Hood. I told her everything that happened the previous day. She told me that the school only had been open 1 year ( I was not aware) and the turn over rate is bad with teachers and they are underpaid. She also informed me they pay more for the camera's in the class than the do the teachers ( this shows how much the care about there staff). She also expressed how she was going to ask the parents if they could pay extra to get a better teacher in the classroom. The school is already 2150 a month! With all that being said this school does not care about your child's development there more concerned with the money. This was my child's last day there and I wouldn't recommend any one to send there child here. There were no lesson plans the kids ran wild everyday I watched the camera no discipline no structure. My daughter is in a new private school currently and I must say sometimes you have to go through the rain to get a rainbow.

I've always liked the teachers and they clearly love the kids. They seem to strike the right balance between creative, free play and kindergarten prep. They do really fun pretend things like farmers' markets or animal hospitals. Music and dancing is part of every day. I love that the different age groups get some interaction. My kids have quickly excelled through all the basics and I have no concern for the shift into elementary school. The summer "camp" also has great local field trips. I really appreciate that they are attuned to individual needs and don't force the kids to conform to certain "milestones". Our old daycare forced us into sippy cups and off sippy cups at certain ages - for example. We also had lovely support when our second child came along in terms of prepping our first to be excited about being an older sibling. It was really beyond expectations and I was so grateful. Yes, the kids sometimes leave pretty dirty at the end of the day because they are outside a lot when the weather is nice. The outdoor space is unmatched in terms of size, shade, and actual nature. None of this rubberized playground nonsense. So I'm washing dirt off the knees in the summer. I think it's healthy. Why not five stars? It's not perfect to me since they don't cater lunch (although there is a pizza Friday option that we love) and they do ask the parents to provide back to school supplies and to support a pretty frequent series of events. Sometimes it's a bit much, but I suppose it does build community among the families.

I provided bubble entertainment services for one of their events and went above and beyond to create a fun experience for the children, including adding extra bubble activities and equipment at no additional charge. One feature involving the giant bubble setup could not be executed due to uneven ground conditions being on a hill, despite multiple attempts on-site and an entire gallon of solution being used trying to reposition and make it work. Even though the remaining stations and added activities were fully operational, I was later asked for a discount. I stayed professional, offered a discount, sent follow-ups, and even mailed a certified notice regarding the remaining balance. Unfortunately, I was ignored by Tiffany Pasipanki Trivers for an extended period and am now being forced to move forward with filing a small claims case over completed services.
