Our daughter loves Primrose at the Parks. As a early toddler she is learning so much from the…read moreteachers and comes home every day with a new word or number or phrase. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well organized. The front office staff is quick to respond and so very pleasant to work with. I know my daughter is well cared for, safe, and happy when she is at Primrose and there is nothing better than that.

I am so pleased to have my child at Primrose at the Parks. He has been there a year and we've…read morereally seen him thrive. He kicks his legs with excitement everytime we pull into the parking lot. The staff are experts. Dr. Noveno the head of school is so loving with the kids and very involved in every classroom. The teachers in the toddler room plan amazing lessons. They treat each kid like a little artist and everything is very project based. The facility is clean with great toys for learning. And the playground is safe and wonderful for the very youngest of learners. They use an app which provides updates including photos and videos. As a new parent, leaving my child at daycare made me very nervous. But the staff has my full trust and their stellar communication has given me great confidence. I see my child being social and exploring at such a great pace. I really think it takes a village to raise a child and I consider Primrose a part of ours. We are very grateful.

It has been wonderful to see her progress she is already beginning to recognize letters and numbers, which makes us very proud. She speaks highly of her teachers and enjoys spending time with her classmates. The school director, Koshila, is very professional, supportive, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a high standard for the school. All the staff members are kind, helpful, and genuinely seem to love what they do. I especially appreciate the regular communication from the school. I receive emails and photos that keep me updated on my daughter's daily activities, which gives me great peace of mind. I had heard many positive things about this kindergarten from friends, but now I have experienced it myself and can confidently say it is very well organized and nurturing. I highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any parent looking for a caring and professional learning environment for their child.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kiddie Academy. My biggest concern is that I do…read morenot feel the safety, well-being, and emotional needs of the children are being treated as the top priority. I have personally witnessed situations that made me very uncomfortable, including teachers using very loud voices with children, yelling or screaming when they are upset, and physically pulling or dragging children toward the floor. As a parent, seeing children handled this way is deeply concerning and not the kind of environment I expect for my child. I have also been disappointed with the management. Instead of feeling that my concerns were being taken seriously and addressed with the focus on the children, I often felt that financial matters and payments received more attention. That has made me question whether the children's best interests are truly being prioritized. Another serious concern is how some parents are treated. I have felt that parents are not always treated equally or with the same level of respect. I have personally felt uncomfortable with what appeared to be different treatment based on race or skin color, and I believe every family deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully. Parents trust a daycare with their most precious responsibility--their children. That trust requires safety, respectful treatment, transparency, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage parents to ask questions, observe how teachers interact with children, and pay close attention to how management responds when concerns are raised before making a decision about enrolling their child.

I provided bubble entertainment services for one of their events and went above and beyond to create a fun experience for the children, including adding extra bubble activities and equipment at no additional charge. One feature involving the giant bubble setup could not be executed due to uneven ground conditions being on a hill, despite multiple attempts on-site and an entire gallon of solution being used trying to reposition and make it work. Even though the remaining stations and added activities were fully operational, I was later asked for a discount. I stayed professional, offered a discount, sent follow-ups, and even mailed a certified notice regarding the remaining balance. Unfortunately, I was ignored by Tiffany Pasipanki Trivers for an extended period and am now being forced to move forward with filing a small claims case over completed services. To other small business owners: please protect yourselves and collect final payment before leaving your events.

I've always liked the teachers and they clearly love the kids. They seem to strike the right balance between creative, free play and kindergarten prep. They do really fun pretend things like farmers' markets or animal hospitals. Music and dancing is part of every day. I love that the different age groups get some interaction. My kids have quickly excelled through all the basics and I have no concern for the shift into elementary school. The summer "camp" also has great local field trips. I really appreciate that they are attuned to individual needs and don't force the kids to conform to certain "milestones". Our old daycare forced us into sippy cups and off sippy cups at certain ages - for example. We also had lovely support when our second child came along in terms of prepping our first to be excited about being an older sibling. It was really beyond expectations and I was so grateful. Yes, the kids sometimes leave pretty dirty at the end of the day because they are outside a lot when the weather is nice. The outdoor space is unmatched in terms of size, shade, and actual nature. None of this rubberized playground nonsense. So I'm washing dirt off the knees in the summer. I think it's healthy. Why not five stars? It's not perfect to me since they don't cater lunch (although there is a pizza Friday option that we love) and they do ask the parents to provide back to school supplies and to support a pretty frequent series of events. Sometimes it's a bit much, but I suppose it does build community among the families.
