From my first call to my final fitting and dress pickup, her serene and patient kindness was a breath of fresh air. Other than prom, this was my first time truly seeing myself in a gown. I felt awkward at first, but her steady support and encouragement helped me settle in and enjoy the moment. She is a gifted designer, and her seamless execution left me completely confident in my purchase. She let me choose from different fabrics and stone options for my cape and neck piece, and all were custom-made to fit my vision. I look forward to working with her again for future special occasions and maybe even another pageant if I can gather the courage. The location is wonderful. It is light, airy, and spacious, and the brick storefront makes for a beautiful photo op. Farah has a way of making her clients feel like they already have the crown. There is plenty of covered and uncovered parking within a short walk, and there are many nearby food options for a post-fitting lunch.

Wedding dresses can be delicate and complex; she immediately understood exactly how to tailor my dress so it would give that custom fit glow. My alterations were extensive and totaled close to $2,000 and every single detail was done with such care and precision. She carefully pinned and explained each adjustment during my fittings so I always understood what she was doing and why. When I put the dress on at my final fitting, it truly felt like it had been custom made just for me. The fit was absolutely flawless, and she created a beautiful 5-piece bustle that blended seamlessly with the design of the dress and was easy to manage. Celeste made the entire experience feel calm and enjoyable during what can be a very busy and stressful time while planning a wedding. Every appointment felt organized. She was always patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. Knowing that my dress fits perfectly for my wedding day (next week) is such a wonderful feeling. If you're a bride looking for someone you can completely trust with your wedding dress, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her. Will return to this review to share picture updates of my dress after the big day

It's for experiences like the one that I had with Love Couture Bridal that I REALLY REALLY wish…read morethere was an option to add more than 5 stars!!! After the bridal store I had originally purchased my wedding dress from told me they "lost" my dress 5 days before my wedding - I was in a state of absolute shock!! From that bridal store, I went to straight to Google and searched for 'bridal store near me', and started going through the reviews and pictures! I was immediately blown away by the pictures of dresses I saw at Love Couture Bridal, so I immediately gave them a call, briefly explained my situation and asked them if they took walk-ins - and they told me to head on over!! Fast forward - I literally cannot BEGIN to tell you how I went from feeling overwhelmed and panicked, to completely calm and at ease!!! And that was ALL thanks to the AMAZING team at Love Couture Bridal; especially Lauren!!! From the minute I walked in, Lauren sat me down and explained what my options were given that my wedding was 5 DAYS AWAY!!! Yes... 5 days !! I described what I was hoping for in terms of styles, gave her my size and within 15 minutes she had at least 10 dresses pulled and ready for me to try on. Did I need to try on all 10? No - literally after trying on the second dress both my mum and I were in tears because it was evident that that was THE dress for me!!! After choosing the dress (or perhaps it was the dress choosing me), I was taken to another fitting room where Celeste (one of their AMAZING seamstresses), worked with my mother and I to go through what was needed in terms of the fitting. The level of attention to detail, and the kindness that was shown by Lauren and Celeste was absolutely AMAZING!!! My mother and I had a difference of opinion on how low the cut should be with my dress - and Celeste listened to us both and found an amazing middle ground!! After paying for the dress I was told to come back two days later for the final fitting - and I literally could not have been more in awe!!! Everything about Love Couture Bridal will forever remain close to my heart! Their beautiful selection of wedding dresses, their impeccable service, exceptional staff and willingness to help problem solve with such a tight turnaround!!! Obviously, I hope no other bride-to-be finds herself in the situation I was in!! But my experience just goes to show that this is truly a blessing of a bridal shop!!! 10/10 will recommend to each and everyone I know that's getting married

She took her time to ensure the fitting was perfect. I thought he initial "pinning" was really good, but she offered suggestions, like tightening the sleeves, which made a GREAT improvement. She never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Instead, she was patient, warm, honest, and somehow managed to ask exactly the right questions when I couldn't even explain what I was looking for. The funniest part is that I ended up choosing a dress I never would have picked myself. I only tried it on because my aunt said, "Your Grammy would have picked that one," and it ended up being the dress. Vanessa never tried to steer me toward what she wanted. She simply helped me discover what I loved, and that made all the difference. I also have to mention that I absolutely hate shopping. I joked that my favorite thing to shop for is sports bras, and she laughed right along with me, which immediately put me at ease. What I expected to be stressful ended up being one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Vanessa, for making such a special day even more memorable. I'll always remember how supported and comfortable you made me feel.

From the start, communication was extremely poor. I made multiple calls and sent texts, often receiving little to no response. When I did get a reply, it was usually very short, incomplete, or avoided my questions altogether. I was never given a clear delivery date or even a general timeframe. As time went on, I became increasingly concerned. My questions about materials and customization details went unanswered, and I was given inconsistent information that didn't add up. With prom getting so close, I had no choice but to purchase another suit elsewhere and pay a separate tailor to ensure my son was ready in time. To make matters worse, I was finally notified that the suit had arrived just three weeks before prom, and even then, the shop still didn't have the materials or appliqués needed to complete the customizations. Overall, this experience was frustrating, stressful, and costly. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially for time-sensitive or custom orders.
