After buying, my first casual question was just a simple question about how the package will come in and that also took a couple of rounds of contrary mails, which was weird. 2. Delivery was done later than the mentioned timeframe. The item only got shipped after asking about no change in status since a long time. 3. Worst part was that item didn't arrive in a fixed width. Yes, you heard it right, i ordered a 24*36 width print and the width of this thing was 23 & 7/8 at the top but around 24 & 1/2" towards the bottom of the chart. The strip on the chart looked so weird slanting out on the right side. I wouldn't frame and have to cut the bottom to 24 myself through a precision cutter, wth ... I can excuse the first 2 pointers here but 3rd one is simply poor. Come on! I mailed the owner explaining the issue alongwith pictures taken to prove it but no response from him. He was responsive before i bought the print though. I really wanted to buy print from some sort of artistic moms and pops shop instead of corporates like art.com but this is what I got in return. Pity!

We were celebrating a birthday and it really made the night different and special! In preparation for our night, I had texted back-and-forth with her earlier in the week and she asked us if there were any types of flowers or colors that we wanted. She was flexible with our timing and was available when we got there a few minutes early. The front of the shop is very cute with adorable wallpaper and tons of delicious candy. We all purchased candy go snack on and were able to bring beverages and snacks with us. She provided water bottles. She had the flower class ready in the back for us and had all of our vases filled with wire and water. She had so many beautiful flowers and taught us how to prepare each type for the view. During the class, she answered lots of questions and had great conversations with us about her artistry and business. We left with beautiful, wedding quality center pieces and the price was very reasonable. She said a bouquet like this would cost about 1.5x what we paid for the class! We'll definitely be back for part 2, thanks for a great moms night out!

The bouquet that was presented to me was stunning, beautifully arranged, and absolutely everything I visioned for a fall bouquet without even specifically asking. It even came with a monarch butterfly stapled to the paper, and butterflies have always been a sign from my dad so we know he approved too. Highly recommend. Will be returning for all floral needs.

I've never seen some open up the weight that these do. The arrangement was absolutely stunning in package so beautifully. Check your flowers before you leave if picking up!…read more Placed an order 2 weeks ahead for a pickup. Flowers are picked up after standing around for a few minutes with workers showing no interest as to why I'm there. I look around to see my pre order is on the floor amongst other pick up or delivery orders. (mind you, the door is open and this place wasnt exactly that cool inside so that those flowers are temp controlled to stay fresh) I pick up the arrangement with my name on it, and motion to someone so I can show my receipt and leave. Arrangement is average at best, and not worth the $80 I paid for it.....and the roses had a slight wilt to them/brown edges on them. A couple days later... the roses are on their way full wilt! I see this as a rushed job and lack of care for the arrangements or the customers who are going to receive them. I've been here a few times before, but looks like they're either under new management, or new owner. Won't be back.
