Have always gotten the home style crust, which is the "middle" choice of thickness, but it's not thick in the middle, so don't be turned off thin crust lovers. The buttery end crust is like garlic bread. "Pro" tip...get a side of marinara on the side to dip your crust in...you're welcome . Cheese is high quality and gives you those squeaky chews! Sausage & pepperonis are also higher quality, and vegetables are plentiful. Give Paddy's a try, I bet it you'll put it on your dining out rotation!

The restaurant, which used to be Gus' Pizza, with the pizza prep area in the front window, was reconfigured and remodeled several years ago. We sat at the bar and boards on the wall noted drink specials, food specials, and mocktails. They also had about 10 draft beers available. We ordered some garlic cheese bread, and I had a red wine while we waited for our pepperoni sausage pizza. If seated at the bar, you can order there, otherwise there is a station where you can order and then head to a table to wait for your food or wait to grab carryout. They had two double deck ovens, and were busy, but our service was attentive. The dining area was full early on a Saturday night with families and sports teams. Our pizza, with house made crust, and hand seasoned sauce had delicious flavors with a sausage nugget carefully placed on each pepperoni slice. Despite the name, Roadhouse Pizza also features hoagies, sandwiches, burgers, and more. If I lived closer I would be a regular patron at Roadhouse for sure.

I drove up for dinner one night and got cheese curds in addition to the chicken cordon bleu pizza. The curds looked like they would be really good, but I couldn't get over how greasy they were on their bottom sides. Each piece was sitting in a pool of grease on the tray and it made the taste a little unpleasant. What a shame. The chicken cordon bleu pizza was exactly how I expected it to be if not better. The crust was chewy, which I enjoyed, and all of the flavors had a chance to shine instead of one dominating the rest. I particularly liked the breadcrumbs on top as they gave the pizza another texture to work with. The chicken could have used a little seasoning, but that's minor. I'd be up for trying other pizzas of theirs as well considering how good this one was.

They were huuuuge blobs of cheese and it was not appetizing at all to even eat. We literally left over half of them and picked at the smaller cheese curds. 0/10 Tacos- absolutely disgusting. Definitely nothing blackened about it.. shrimp had zero color and flavor. The tacos were soggy with a mushy mango salsa and a blob of crema. The same way I received the food the same way i left it. 0/10 My bf ate not even half of his tasteless burger. Our dinner consisted of drinks that was about it. Our waitress was overly friendly however we will never ever come back here.

I'm originally from the Milwaukee area. They do know how to make pizza there. Then you move out of Milwaukee, to a small city in the country. People tell you where the great restaurants are. I'm really not sure what they are comparing their choices to. So we ordered a pizza, from the place that everyone raved about in town by us. It smelled really good, started to eat it, I would have rather ate the cardboard box that it came in. The crust was disgusting! The sauce had no flavor, neither did the Italian sausage.
