They served prime rib on Thursday and red meat sounded like a perfect choice. Dinner started with a choice of two sides, so I had a cup of the Chicken Andouille and rice soup which warmed my heart. It was delightfully spicy. The prime rib was done to perfection and the au jus was flavorful. My wife had the pretzel crusted salmon with a mustard sauce on the side, asparagus and mashed potatoes. She hadn't had salmon done that way before and thought it was great. Will definitely return our next trip to Oshkosh.
