I had the eggplant Parmesan sub this time. Honestly, next time I come in I won't order that. I love eggplant but it was so overcooked that it was soggy and mushy. My husband says his chicken parm sub was really good. So I'd recommend the chicken oarm or the steak bomb as they are both very good. read more

I ordered the steak bomb,  no cheese,  no green peppers, adding mushrooms and hots. It was AWESOME! My boyfriend enjoys their veggie pizza. I was there on a Tuesday.  The kids working there (not the grill) were friendly enough but there shouldn't be any bickering where customers can hear or see. We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, we called it in and were told 40 minutes. I got there and it was ready exactly when promised! There were quite a few people waiting but the place is pretty big so there was plenty of room. The pizza was delicious, hot and plenty of toppings. We found this place slightly by accident as we were looking for another pizza place. The reviews looked good, so my daughter and I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is quite spacious and open. You can actually see the kitchen. They have a small game room off to the side, but we didn't check that out. It was clean and they had lots of seating. The menu is on a board and you place and pay for your order and then take a seat. They bring it out to you when it is finished. My daughter had a small cheese pizza and I had the small bacon pizza. I asked for the bacon to be well done as I like mine on the crispy side. They said they could use the sub bacon as it is already cooked. I told them that was fine. We sat down and in about fifteen minutes they brought the pizza to the table. My bacon was crisp, just as i requested. It was a little greasy, but I had bacon pizza so you expect that. The sauce was really good and the crust was cooked perfectly. I think it had a perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. I got half through the pie when I realized I was getting full, so everything I ate after that was because it tasted good. I wish this was closer to where we live, because this is one of the best pizza places we have found in NH. Highly recommend you check it out if you are in the area. read more

I have eaten her several times. It has excellent pizza, subs, salads and Italian style food. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly. Considering the location, I am really surprised that they are not more busy! The seem to do a lot of take-out, despite a decent dining room. You, order at the counter and they bring it to your seat. Unfortunately compelled to write this review. We've been customers of Dimitri's for years. Understand it recently sold and our past two orders have not been good. Latest was two small Italian subs and an order of onion rings. The subs were sparse of meat to say the least, and lacked flavor. The onion rings were so overcooked, burnt that the onion was cooked out of the ring, only had batter. These should not have been put out to the customer. Sorry, this use to be the go to place for local residents, don't think we'll be back ! read more

my family and I love this place the new owners!!!! what can't I say they are fantasti!!! to say the least never have I had any food that my picky kids don't like and tonight it's chicken salad roats beef mmmmmmmmm and mac n cheese for the kidos .. we love the food and love that the new owners they have love for the restaurant business you'll always see them grinding and moving fast just like there employees never in one spot or delegating work you'll see them cruising around the kitchen and that's is love and dedication for what they do. Dimitris is your average pizza stop. My go-to order is actually their stuffed shells/manicotti. Pretty good service, though you can tell that the staff is not always treated fairly. They keep it clean. Nothing special. read more

Always add 30 minutes to the pick up time you are told. Never on time.. No Caesar dressing on the Caesar salad!

This is a great place to go in Weare you are bound to run into a friend or 2 if you are local and get traditional New England type of pizza which is always consistently ok. Prices are reasonable they have a good selection of grinders/subs appetizers salads traditional entrees in addition to pizza. read more

Yummy!! We ordered a pizza, calzone, and wing dings and all were very good. My favorite was the calzone. We will definitely order from here again. The cheese on the pizza and calzone was very tasty. I grew up eating Dimitri's, and while I love other pizza the pizza they make here is like comfort food to me. The infrastructure also hasn't changed much since I was a kid and I just love how the booths and little game room haven't changed much, it really brings me back. Of course as a pizza place they have to have good pizza and they do! The crust is delicious and they always cook them perfectly. Their grinders are the best in town and the frappes are another thing that really bring me back to my childhood. The dining area is nice and spacious but not very formal, its perfect for small get togethers especially if you have kids in your party and are worried about being too loud or rude in a different type of establishment. Overall I hope Dimitri's never goes out of business as that would be a sad day for Weare and for me. read more

The BEST place EVER!!! Whenever we compete in this area (cross country) we always bring our team post-race to Dimitri's. It is a very warm and family oriented establishment- you always feel welcomed and at home. The food is always excellent- can't go wrong with any choice on the menu. I'm giving them 4 stars only because I didn't actually eat the pizza. I ordered 6 different kinds for a customer and those guys loved it. I did make my car smell terrific. They were great taking my order on the phone, getting all of them through the oven in 25 mins and getting me everything set to take them out the door. We just left after giving it another shot. Big mistake. First we were left to linger at the counter forever, then the girl taking my order was a royal bitch to me, then the food took forever and came out one item at a time so by the time we got the last thing everybody else was done eating. They're super cheap with the extras too, I be ordered steak and cheese on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes instead of bread and you couldn't even see the lettuce under the steak and there were like 2 tomato slices. You'd think not getting bread I could get a decent amount of lettuce. Anyway, I clearly won't dine in again, the service is atrocious and nobody that works there seems to care. If anything, it'll be takeout only and I'll pray they make the order right. read more

We enjoy Dimitri's pizza and subs, especially that they toast the subs if you like that. The staff is EXCELLENT. Very personable and efficient. They have a continuous stream of customers and handle them well. The one big negative is their chicken Parmesan. The chicken cutlet is SO bad and very low quality. Remember processed chicken rounds from your school cafeteria or from cheap Encore/Rondelet meals? Yeah, that kind. Just gross. I'm sure the "veal" is just as bad. The dinner comes with spaghetti and a big side salad for $10.75, so it seems like a great bargain, but I'd rather pay more for REAL chicken. The pizza is Greek style with a sweeter sauce. Cheese and toppings are great. Restaurant is clean and it is a takeout/counter style dining room. They offer cooler beverages, beer, wine and Blake's ice cream. Whenever I'm in NH I'll end up ordering from Dimitri's! They have mouth-watering subs/grinders (love the meatball) and quality pizza. Their dough and pizza sauce are homemade, which is why it's so good! A one-topping pizza is around $12 for a large. Subs/Grinders around $6.50 for a large. Fully recommend if you're in the area! read more
