This review is for beer only. We stopped in after having lunch elsewhere and the weather was nice enough that they had the overhead doors open. There was no servers during our visit so all drinks had to be ordered from the bar. The beers were good and they had a nice variety of styles. I would recommend a stop if you enjoy craft beer.

Super cute brewery in Dubuque. The space is massive an has garage style windows that were open during the cool fall day. I got their kanga wu hazy ipa which was delicious and super smooth. The space is very clean and tidy and the service was excellent. Would definitely come back to try their food sometime as well!

Great beer, great pizza, great service, great people, great vibe. Easily the best brewery in Dubuque.

I chose this brewery because they provided free parking to the Brewers game. I was pretty packed when I got there and sat at the bar. I had a sampler of beers that mostly scored in the high 80s in my book but try their sour...those were really good. They have a large back patio and a band was setting up but I left to catch the game. Bad thing is they were closed when I rode the shuttle back to get my car.

You order drinks at the bar and then go find a place to sit. It took a while for someone to help us but once someone did she apologized for the other bartenders. They don't have food unless they have a food truck/tent there that day. We did order food from that which was great. It's a very low key place with a young vibe. We enjoyed our beer.

We came here for a girls day out. Really nice atmosphere!! We found a table really easily. The building is really big soo there will be tables and chairs available. We really like the sangria! More ike the sweeter side but thats how we like it. A bit dangerous if we were to order more!!

once again great use of bringing old buildings back to life in the old downtown area... exposed wood beam ceiling gives it a post industrial feel with close to 20 beers on tap great selection. The outer walls lift to bring the outdoor inside with location being right near the Mississippi gives a great view

Builder the Bob. Like the brewery it is good but not exactly great

The people are nice and the beer is pretty good but overall Dimensional has this "manufactured" feel to it. Rather than trying to be something new and different, they developed the space with faux materials that try to give it an old building feel. I guess it is okay, especially if you've never had that experience, but for most people it probably resembles many other micro breweries they have been to. Again, it's a good time just nothing special.

Look at this amazing flight of 18!!!

In town visiting and came upon this place while walking around town. My boyfriend loves a beer flight and this place offered a flight of 18! Which was every beer they offered on tap. He couldn't have been more excited. Being from Wisconsin we had to represent. So we took on the challenge. I do enjoy trying different types of beer as well so flights are always a great way to do so. The brewery is really nice the inside offers lots of seating with big doors that can be open to the outside. They also have a wonderful outdoor area with picnic tables to enjoy your beer and food. We decided to get lunch as well while we were trying all of the beers. They have a great menu and the food was phenomenal! We got the pulled pork quesadilla and the smoked chicken nachos. Really impressed with the quality of the food. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Very nice selection of draft beer

Great brewery tucked away in downtown Dubuque. Had the Dubuque Pilsner and very good. Plenty of seating inside and out. Great service. Loved the fries and pretzel bites good. Windows were open and all-in-all a great experience. Also liked the beer selection...quite extensive. Only negative and not a big deal but parking is somewhat limited. There is plenty of metered street parking. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local brewery!

This is probably one of my favorite breweries to go to. Dimensional Brewing has excellent craft beer and their variety in beer is so great that they really do have something for everyone. We visited Dimensional Brewing on a release day and it was busy with families of all kinds visiting. I liked their outside patio and overall venue. Their beer schwag was awesome as well. Overall a must stop! I can't wait to go back!

Dimensional is our go-to! We love their sours, great atmosphere, and a fun place to stop when in DBQ. You can't go wrong stopping here

    IPA Flight

We had a decent couple of their 5 beer flights. I love the idea of the flights with every beer, just not enough time while traveling through. Hop a veli was my favorite IPA and I did end up with a crowler but it didn't do the frothy tap version justice. The fruit beers were a good touch but I think they may have had too much coriander? in some cases. Not sure about the after taste on some. Their best quality might be their style and design of their tap room. The location could use some more parking. It was tough to find a spot. Check it out, the space is mostly open air and well distanced.

Stopped by to try the Big D flight. It consists of 14 5oz pours. Finished it all and the IPAs were my favorite.

We discovered Potosi a few years ago and have returned several times for some of our favorites: delicious burgers, cheese curds, and other great food. As far as beers, Cave Ale, Snake Bite, and Tangerine IPA are just a few of our favorites. There are few breweries in the area where we actually get cans to-go, and Potosi is always one of them! The drive to Potosi is gorgeous since it is down in a rugged River cut town. The building is historic and has been beautifully renovated into both a brewery restaurant and interactive museum. We would recommend visiting both for the food/drink AND the family friendly museum! Furthermore, the staff are always welcoming and friendly, making the interpersonal interactions a wonderful part of the visit! And the prices are very reasonable. Make sure to add Potosi to your visit list, and be sure to come with enough time to eat, drink, and check out the beautiful building's museum!

We love good tartar sauce on fries (I'm VERY particular on what we consider "good") and their tartar sauce was outstanding! A different Yelper mentioned coming for "brunch," but it quickly became clear that she meant she came before noon for lunch because it was not a brunch menu. We really enjoyed what we ate and liked the atmosphere even though a hipster bar vibe was not what we originally expected, because we thought it was a brunch place. I will definitely read such reviews more carefully in the future, but we had a fantastic experience, anyway.

Drinks: I ordered the bloody mary (as a bloody maria) and it was delicious, tons of flavor and a small kick. Food: My wrap had almost no chicken and the coleslaw didn't have much flavor. However the french fries that my partner ordered were fantastic, I would come here just to eat the fries. He also loved his burger super weird flavor combo but it was delicious. All in all the drink and his meal was amazing. If we are back in the area I'll try something else on the menu so hopefully I have the same great food experience.
