They were innovative on their own - putting the seam behind the faucet instead of original location beside sink so as not to be as obvious. This was the easiest part about a new kitchen by far - I'm so happy with my quartz countertop and the experience we had.

Most places didn't want to bother for such a small job, or wanted to charge me for a full slab of quartz. Chris was super helpful and responsive, and the price was reasonable. He cut and polished the piece to my specified dimensions, which I then installed myself. I'd gladly return for other projects.

Great selection, great design service and great installation. Fast forward 30 years, and the customer service gets even better. Old house, new leaks. Our bathroom floor gave out due to a leak that took months to source. Facing possible destruction of part of our floor to get at the leak, I went back to Mian hoping beyond hope there was matching stone to be purchased. Jon Mian very kindly went through his inventory and miraculously came up with four pieces of floor tile that perfectly matched that installed by his father. It's a great company that stands behind its customers for generations. Bravo!

Eduarda was our salesperson. She was patient and attentive to our needs and a great help in selecting the suitable stone for our new counters. However, the customer service continued after the sale; everyone we spoke to or dealt with until the job was complete was outstanding. But we want to give a special thanks to Robeson Aquino and Guilherme Silva for their fantastic installation of our counters. They were a pleasure to work with, never rushed, and took all necessary steps to ensure they completed the job to the highest standards. Thank you, Duarte and Kaeren.

This company installed granite countertops in my newly remodeled kitchen seven years ago. While the…read moreoverall work was acceptable, the seams between the granite pieces were not properly sealed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this at the time and ended up spending thousands of dollars repainting my cabinets, only to recently learn from another contractor that water had been seeping through the faulty seam all along, causing additional damage. When I contacted the company, they asked for $300 to reseal it, which feels unreasonable given that this appears to be an installation issue. I even offered to wait until they were working in the area, since it's a quick fix, but they were not willing to accommodate. I would recommend looking for a company that stands behind its work and provides better long-term support. Also, if possible, avoid placing seams near the sink--what seems like a minor detail can lead to significant damage over time.

Luis responded immediately and within one week installed the countertop and even decided to put a piece on my trash/ recycling cabinet which was a wonderful surprise! The countertops are absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Luis for your excellent customer service!

But when Luis sent over the estimate, he included this; "We will make sure it fits before we leave." Smart man. And guess what, Luis was right. The wood on the cabinet underneath was not allowing the cook top to fit and it too needed to be cut. The men picked up the cook top a few times in order to try to see if it fits. Very personable, kind men. The only thing I didn't like was the dust but when you have to cut granite inside a house, it can't be avoided, unless they tape up plastic. But, you still get dust. The estimate was 275-475 and it completed the work for 325 cash. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them.

Galaxy Granite installed my new expensive quartz countertops yesterday…read more One of the workmen asked me four times to write a review so here goes... They replaced the previous Corian counters with quartz including a backsplash that had cutouts for six outlets. This worker asked me who was going to reinstall the outlets because longer screws now were needed on this $7k+ job. Eventually he pulled screws from his case of screws and reinstalled the six outlet but I was upset. Today I tried to use the oven in my stove but there was no power. They had put the stove in place without plugging it in. I pulled the stove out to plug it in but it's impossible to put it back in place.
