Amazing food selection (beef, chicken, lamb, fish) that is halal, fresh tasting food. The whole place is also very clean. Dessert selection included baklava, a jam cookie, and a semolina flour cake with coconut. They had lemonade, rosewater, coffee, and soda machine for drinks. The staff, especially the manager Baha(spelling?) were extremely kind and welcoming. This place is an 11/10 and what century square needed to help diversify its food scene!!!

Went during the soft opening, which is running until October 10. Great food, everything was fresh. I love Mediterranean food, so a buffet is heaven! It was about $20 per person at about 5:15 on a Saturday - so I would say that's relatively competitive with other buffets. My husband was sad to see that there wasn't the guy behind to counter cutting the lamb like the location in the Woodlands. This also introduced me to a cute little area of town I had been avoiding because of how close it is to A&M.

Once the table was set, most of us ordered unsweet tea and it was tough to drink. It tasted like stale Whataburger tea. I asked for lemons and Sweet N Low but they only had Splenda. She brought out the sides for our table and the kimchi was okay...nothing that had fermented long enough. The cold radish was a highlight. The potatoes were tough and I did not even try the jelly... For our entrees, all of us got bulgogi except for my mother who got the spicy seafood soup. Our friend tried ordering the sautéed chicken but the waitress literally said, "is it your first time? You get bulgogi. I promise." She completely hijacked his ordering experience and ended up with a dish he didn't like. None of us liked our food (except my mother). "Mom, y'all (referring to me and her) make better bulgogi than this at home," said my brother. I don't disagree...the texture was rubbery and it was tasteless. This being my 3rd time here (I always get some form of bibimbap), I expected the same quality. The presentation was nice but so much was lacking. Great service, C-tier food.

The interiors are clean and relaxing. A little bit pricey, but portions were large and the high quality ingredients make up for it. I want to make sure and try the kimchi soup next time since we saw so many people order it.

They offer a great variety--appetizers, fried rice, noodles, steak, chicken, shrimp, and plenty of sushi. To finish it off, they have dessert options like fried cheesecake or ice cream for that sweet-tooth craving. There is a 2-hour limit, but honestly, I've never needed more than an hour. It's definitely worth the money. The service has always been good as well, from the servers to the hostesses.

The place was packed for a Wednesday lunch, which is usually a good sign. Luckily, they've got bar seating, so I didn't have to wait long. The vibe is nice--modern, a little loud, but still easy enough to hold a conversation. Definitely feels like a spot that works well for small groups, though they could probably handle bigger ones with a reservation. My server was actually great--super attentive and doing their best. The issue was clearly coming from the kitchen. Orders got messed up twice, and it was taking 15+ minutes just to get a single roll. By the time everything got corrected, I had already been there for over an hour and had to ask for the check and head out. Food-wise, it's pretty standard AYCE sushi. The lunch menu is a lot more limited compared to dinner, so if you're going for variety (especially sashimi), dinner is probably the better move. Pricing is about what you'd expect, and the refillable soda is a nice bonus. Overall, not a bad spot, but not ideal if you're in a rush. If the kitchen can keep up with the volume, this place would be a lot more enjoyable.

The air was so thick and as someone with asthma it was hard for me to sit through the meal. It was really unfortunate because I love this place! I'm not sure if I'll be back since it seemed to impact my health a lot. Food was delicious, and service was excellent. Here, "I paid a lot for this meal so it must have been great" is the unconscious bias. But Jedi mind tricks don't work on me. For starters, we make it clear to our server that we'd never been there before and needed an explanation of what to do. The explanation we got kinda sorta answered the question, but not that well. Then, I simply picked wrong when I chose two meats for starters; I didn't care for the seasoning on the Spicy Beef Bulgogi or the Spicy Calamari. I also ordered eggplant, and what I got looked exactly like what my wife had recently thrown out at home because it was too old. You know how they constantly scrape the grille clean at a Mongolian BBQ? There's no way to do that here. When we asked if there was, the answer was "I'll get you a new one", which did temporarily solve the problem, but the new surface soon had a blackened coating no different from the one before. Finally I had the sense to order Garlic Shrimps [sic], which I recommend, but as I was cooking it, it seemed like it was taking a long time. Eventually I looked at the controls at the side of the table, and our burner was turned off! I turned it back on and we finished our meal. Overall, it had been an interesting experience, but one we'll probably not repeat.
