I cut them each in half and we each had half a steak. My husband's wasn't terrible--wasn't great either, but mine didn't even look like a ribeye, but they assured my husband that it was. I tried my first bite. It was suspect when I really had to saw through it with my steak knife. I chewed and chewed... the more I chewed the larger and drier it got! I literally could not get the first bite down. I tried one more time from another area of the "steak". (I think it was a hunk of roast). Same thing. There was absolutely no way to eat this meat. At twenty dollars a pound I expected SOMETHING steak-like. . I wrapped it up and took it back to show them the problem. The front desk would not let me take it back to the meat department. They wanted a receipt. Who saves receipts for steak??? I didn't have one. I tried to explain this to the meat department and they told me that it was their "policy" that they couldn't do anything without a receipt. I explained that the wrapper was up front and surely they could do something. Again, the "policy"--just like a little puppet. They gave me excuse after excuse but did nothing. Not even an apology. For twenty bucks a pound no excuse was going to work. No satisfaction, nothing. They have permanently lost my business. On top of all that, they couldn't have cared less. No concern whatsoever. NONE. I am still angry. They must have too many customers if that is how they treat them. WARNING--don't even take a chance. I won't darken their door again.

This particular station usually has some of the lower gas prices in town. It always amazes me that people will drive 2 blocks away and usually pay 20¢ a gallon more for gas because the Kwik Shop has more food & beverage options. Nothing is available as far as fountain drinks. There are times I have gotten gas and will see a sign up on the door that just says, "Sorry we are closed" with no reason. Makes you wonder if people are just doing it just to do it. Whoever actually runs this location needs to either get all new staff or shut it down completely. I wish no stars could be given. As my dad always says, "You can't polish a turd."

I just stopped by here to get some gas off the highway and was definitely disappointed. The gas…read morepump kept turning off after a couple seconds, even when not full or even close. The machine was out of printer paper. Inside the store, there was trash around the floor. There was also a speaker above one of the chip aisles that played a high pitch annoying noise. Then on top of that the prices for everything was super high compared to anything around here for food and drinks. Also about 10-20% of the pumps were closed or out of order.
