From where I'm from, gas station convenience stores have those disgusting dried out so called hotdogs rotating for days on those roller thingies. This is not the case in Kansas. There you walk into a gas station convenience store and you'll find real food like freshly fried chicken, fries, BBQ and of course Deep Fried Chicken Gizzards. You can grab a bag of them for less than $4 dollars and munch away. Since, to the best of my knowledge I can't get this delightful snack in Western New York, I am inspired to break out the deep fryer and tale a shot at making them myself. I can hardly wait.
