I haven't been to a mall in a while but this Dillards has some cute shoes. They were having a sale and I wandered in to see what was on sale. The sale had been going on for a while I was told. I wanted mid booties. They didn't have many left Cheryl said. Wrong season. But they did have a Dansko one which is similar to the ones I like. So I tried them on and they were pretty comfy. Tried on some Mary Jane's another customer recommended in the Vionic brand and I think I need to get them later. And put sine Dansko sneakers on my Christmas list. Cheryl was helpful and I'm glad I found some shoes. I also looked at the beauty section and they have some good brands. Prices are average for a department store. The sales associate in the beauty section was nice too. read more

I was delighted to find some Johnny Was clothing at Dillards on August 11th and Wendy was so helpful with the purchases. She was assisting me without being intrusive and she was efficient with the checkout. Truly, the best shopping experience I've had in a store in some time. I absolutely love Dillard's. It's light and bright, and everything is in perfect order. Dillard's doesn't cram sale items to the point of snapping the hangars (like they do at the other end of the mall). I love the lines they carry. I love the shoes, handbags, jewelry, children's. I have shopped Dillard numerous times. I know that on specific things the return policy is 3 days. About 10 days ago I purchased a very dressy dress ( for wedding). I specifically asked the clerk the return policy. She told me it was 30 days so I bought it. It did not work so went to return it today and they would only give store credit. I spoke to the manager and he insisted he could only give store credit in spite of what his sales person told me. He was actually very rude. Once my "store credit" is used no more Dillard. read more

By Far the best Customer Service ever by a new girl in the Mac Counter. She is attentive, polite, knowledgeable and is really great with people. I got a make over and her people skills are phenomenal! My mother is Spanish Speaking only and she was also multitasking helping her. I have been to Dillard's to Mac Several times prior and never had good customer service to be honest. I will be coming back to her only. Next time I will catch her name she has long straight hair and Spanish Speaking/English. I believe her name started with a V? Now I don't have to drive to the Mac in Denver. i came to dillard's with my siblings to find an outfit for my baby and my husband and got a wrongfully accused of shoplifting , payed for my baby's clothes and forgot about my husbands shirt under the stroller , once we left the store we continued shopping . i then looked back and it looked like a regular person was following us i immediately told my sibling let's go ,walked to the car . then that's when a security was coming to my car i got off and asked what was wrong and that's when cops proceeded to circle me i now have to go to court when i told them it was a big misunderstanding i was gonna pay for it but totally forgot about the shirt . me and my family have shopped here for years we won't be returning here anymore. read more

Extremely rude staff. I bought a pair of pants without trying it on at the store as I was in a hurry. Later on, after washing it and trying it on, I realized the material was extremely coarse and rough on my skin. So I brought it back to the store to return. When I told them I wanted to return it, they just simply said "you can't" and that was it... so I said "why not?" And the lady said in a completely disgusted tone "LOOK at it. I can't sell THAT". So again, I asked "why not?". And she responded in a horrified tone "It's been WASHED! And it was WORN and there's no tags!". I mean, seriously? Based on her reaction, you'd think I had urinated on it and then thrown it at her. Oh NO! The clothes has been WASHED?! The horror! How could anyone ever do a thing like THAT?! Imagine someone trying to buy a pair of pants and then finding out that they had been WASHED?! I can't imagine how they would feel, having gone through such a traumatic experience. And to tell me "it was worn" was some complete bullshit... like she would ever have been able to tell I had ever put it on ONE time and immediately took it off again, if I hadn't told her that the material was very uncomfortable when I tried it on... I'm reaching out because i just purchased a perfume. La Viet Est Belle IRIS ABSOLU EAU DE PARFUM from the Park Meadows location in CO. I am incredibly disappointed, i live in the mountains and when i unwrapped the plastic from the box and opened it it was a completely different perfume. The perfume that was in the box was called "dark noir" and is definetly not the perfume i paid $169.00 for. I would like to get the perfume that i spent my money on. This was number three of the Big department stores. We went to at the Park Meadow mall. Dillards was by far the most customer oriented. Their staff was warm welcoming, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. I had amazing help from Lisa in the perfume department, and also my husband spotted the keliel and I believe a young woman named Mira helped him very well there. We were leaving the store and I spotted some men's summer hats, a favorite of my husbands. We stopped there. He tried on a few and so did I and the woman that helped us. There couldn't have been nicer and more friendly. High kudos to Dillards staff and selection we have family in Colorado so we will be back but I will remember Dillards is being a cut of above Nordstrom's or Macy's. read more

If I could give zero Stars I would. That is the customer service I received. I went to Dillard's at Park Meadows to buy a suit because I have to advocate for a client in court and talk with the judge. As I went to buy the suit, I was completely ignored by the entire first floor in every single department. What really got me is when I went over to the department with the jackets by Tommy Bahama, and a lady with a mask on decided to ignore me. She looked at me when I was about 4 ft away, made eye contact, and looked away. There was a customer walking about 8 ft away who was not shopping, she said hi to her, looked at me again, and looked away to ignore me a second time. I have been in retail and customer service, this is no excuse. Just because I look young, have tattoos and a nose piercing, does not mean you can discriminate and profile somebody. I will never shop here again, nor will my legal partners, nor will the judge, nor will my family or friends. I talked to a person named Monti Sutton. He is one of the managers. He offered to be my personal shopper, which was very kind. He said he would take care of this, I hope he keeps his word. I hope he says something to the employees like he told me he would, and manages the employees that disregard clients who are trying to spend money. This is the worst customer service I have received, or not received, profiling and discrimination is actually illegal. Any other store will have my business, this is the worst place to attempt to shop. Every single person ignored me. And would not help when I was trying to spend money. When Monty said that he would help me, I actually had to go to court to advocate for a client and talk to the judge. So hopefully he does his management duties and says something. But this is a horrible company and an awful location. The employees are extremely rude and ignore you. And absolutely profile you, discriminate and judge you based upon your looks read more

I went in because I had heard that Dillards offers great bra sizing services. I was in for such a pleasant experience with Patricia!!!! She was amazing. Took such good care of me and had several ladies room laughing and even kept the gents in the waiting area entertained with witty banter. I walked in with no expectations that I'd find anything and walked out with 3 beautiful bras, two of which are styles that I would not have picked out for myself but ended up being a perfect fit and so comfortable. I came in to purchase some jewelry with my girlfriend. When I came across saleswoman Julita Tipton, I found her to be a bit rude and pushy with her initial introduction. I took my time in the store and had a conversation with a different staff member that was pleasant. She would later make a comment for me to leave because "my presence was causing her to lose sales." It might have been a joke, but I was instantly angered by her obnoxious statement. I will not be back because of her. Extremely unprofessional. As management, you should send a few secret shoppers to see if my review here has weight. I average a 90 percent positive review ratio. Do not EVER order anything online that is time sensitive! I have three separate experiences, none good. All three times, the order was a gift for someone else. The first and third times, they CANCELLED MY ORDER and did not bother to tell me. Each time I called they tried to tell me it was a credit card problem. No way in crapola... they seem to randomly pick orders to reject and they have no log of what happened when I have called, nor can they explain why there was no email or contact telling me of any issue. Tonight was the last straw and I will never ever order from them again. The second time, they sent the wrong item altogether so my gift recipient had to get the receipt from me and return (sooo embarrassing!). I have also had issues trying to return something to this location that was purchased for me as a gift (had the required yellow tag). First, it was like I was in a Stephen King novel...not a soul on the floor where I tried to return, so I had to trek upstairs to the service center. I waited in line more than 20 minutes (not even holiday season), and then the woman was nasty to me, asking what was wrong with the item in detail. Yeah, what's wrong is I hate your cheap store brand crap that has replaced the designer brands I like. I was trying to be nice, though, and not say that.. just that it wasn't my style. I was wanting to purchase a make up luggage case and it was a little damaged, The manager Diana would not give me a a decreased price due to the scuffs and scratches it had on it I am shocked, where has customer service gone that the customer is always right! Dillard's has gone downhill with their luggage Management Department. and just so everybody knows last year they used to give 10% off of defects or things that have been damaged from being on the floor too long. it's all about greed cuz they're going to sell it to another customer that won't notice the scuff or the scratch on the front it makes me sick! read more

It seems I can always find something here when I need it: women's work attire, especially dresses, evening wear, children's clothing and shoes for everyone. I especially like the selection of Stride Rite for toddlers as they always seem to have a few pairs on sale making them a good price for a great shoe. They have a limited selection of shoes for elementary age but a huge selection for men and women. I can also always find something I *need* to have on sale here. And I always find great work appropriate dresses here for a great price that I am always getting compliments on. All in all, this is definitely my first stop for department store shopping when I'm being budget conscious but not wanting to sacrifice selection and quality. It's the perfect middle ground between the TJ Maxx-type stores and Nordstrom-type stores. read more

When I'm actually at a mall, the rare few moments, I usually make my rounds to all of the anchor stores like Dillards. I scope out sales on cheaper normal everyday items. This Dillards is like any other Department store, it has the typical departments on two floors with shoes, clothing, home accessories, and jewelry. It's not one of my everyday activities but when I'm at a mall I'll be sure to pop in for a quick look. read more

Terrible service. I ordered items online to save myself time and went in store to make returns. The clerk in shoes lied and said she could only return my shoes but not my dress, the clerk in dresses lied and said she could not return my dress, and finally the customer service rep said I could only get a store credit. I ordered and returned these items within 5 business days, tags on, unworn. Thirty minutes later, I finally received my refund. Not sure why I even tried Dillard's. Never again. Great reminder that exceptional service lives just at the other end of the mall in Nordstrom. When I asked customer service to make an exception for my shoe return since I was only a couple days past, they shamed me for having wide feet and told me where their grandmother shops for shoes. Today 1/26/17 My family and I went to This Location. My wife went to shoes department and I found a nice female glasses right next to shoes Dept (It' between the isle to be exact) So I tried to get my wife so she could try them on which is just like 10 step away from me and all of the sudden an Indian Dillard associate was yelling (very rude) at me with my 4 yrs old daughter. She said (rudely) sir you have to stay here !! I told her that I just want my wife to try them on she is just right there (10 steps away) she gave me an evil look. I asked another associate to speak to a manager he was very nice and call the manager. The manager told him on the phone that it's their policy. Even the associate told me it's a stupid policy. Because those glasses has a censor on it. We normally come to this store every other week and we are one of their loyal customer. This is going to be our last visit at this Dillard. read more

I buy all my husbands work clothes from here. We also recently purchased a suit from this location. The older gentleman who helped us was really great at his job. He knew a lot about suits and tailoring. They don't really take coupons here but they have a sale twice a year and the dress shirts are dirt cheap. I stick up every year sometimes getting a nice shirt for $10. I also shop here for my oldest son. He likes Levi jeans and they have a good selection here. read more
