They took a bundle of electric lines in my ceiling and put them all together. We had to get an electrician to come out and fix it!! The electrician said this WOULD have burned my house down!! They also wired in my bathroom light incorrectly, causing the lights to flicker constantly. They left a big low place in my ceiling. Causing a bulge in the ceiling. They did not do sanding on the walls OR ceiling and left nail holes everywhere!! And Rodney left a week before the work was done to go on vacation, then had his crew ask for payment!! And they did this to a DISABLE VET!! Don't be fooled by these people. I would NOT RECOMENED them to do anything!! This is the remodel that keeps on costing!!

This business advertises here as Temporarily Closed. THIS IS NOT TRUE. As of 2/8/18 when I met with…read morethe owner of this company, he was operating as usual, as were his two sons who work with him. This man is a total fraud! Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with this company. He's very savvy and appears to know what he is talking about. But......once he has your money...any amount of your money, he will start the work on your home and then leave you with the job unfinished. We contracted this company to redo 2 & 1/2 bathrooms in our recently purchased home. He nearly finished the master bathroom and just abruptly stopped working. The work his company had completed is beautiful and the quality appears to be very good. He continually told me the rest of the bathroom was on hold due to Home Depot being slow to fill the order of a double vanity. After waiting more than a month, I went to Home Depot. Rod Davis had no open orders...NONE..for our project. When I called him to confront him with this information, he stated it was an online order yet he could not provide me with an order number or an email confirmation he received from Home Depot, showing our order had been placed. Home Depot shows many orders and distinguishes online orders by starting with a W. Rod Davis, being a contractor who has ordered before, would absolutely know this. I checked with Home Depot numerous times over the course of a month and he has not placed any order for us. We have been forced to seek another contractor to finish our bathrooms. Rod Davis does not return phone calls or text messages any longer. Since checking into his reputation, I have found out of at least one judgement against his company in Bradley County Court from a lawsuit brought by another of his victims after he gutted her kitchen for a renovation and then stopped going to her home. If one customer sued him for questionable business practices, most likely, there are others I have not found out about. I wish I had known about them before I gave him the money that I did. Rod Davis is well known in Home Depot as an unscrupulous businessman of questionable character. DON'T BECOME ANOTHER OF HIS VICTIMS....AVOID THIS PERSON AND HIS COMPANY! **UPDATE** This individual contacted me and was upset at the review I had given his business. I told him I stood by my comments and refused to take it down. He stated he did not want me to have a bad opinion of his business and he would refund me a portion of the money we had already paid him for the job he did not finish. He said he would get back with me later in the day after totaling the work that he did do and provide us with a partial refund. That was on 12/2/17 and as of this update on 1/17/2018, we have not heard from him again. In doing further research on this crook of man, we have found out that he has been passing bad checks in our local Home Depot (Cleveland, TN) and is no longer allowed to make purchases in the store without cash. He is a despicable person and an even more unscrupulous businessman. PLEASE BE WARNED! THIS MAN WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! **UPDATE**On 2/8/18, this man contacted me to see if we could "settle up" the dispute over our renovation. This contact only occurred because I had been to the city building department and expressed my complaints about him to city officials. My complaint was the 4th received by the city about this man and his business practices in the past 2 months. Mr. Davis agreed to meet with me at his bank and refund me a portion of the money we had paid him for work he did not complete. He also wanted me to sign a paper saying the matter was now resolved. Although I believe he did not refund us an appropriate amount of money compared to what we paid him, receiving any kind of refund is better than receiving nothing. He wrote a check, went into his bank with me while it was cashed and once I received the cash, I signed his paper. I still feel this man is dishonest and will take advantage of people. He has proven that time and time again in the city and is well known in this manner with Home Depot, Lowe's and the City of Cleveland, Tennessee. AVOID HIM AND HIS BUSINESS!

I cant…read moretell you enough how AMAZING they are to work with and the level of craftsmanship that goes into the homes they build. We LOVED working with Heritage! When we first met to discuss what we were looking for to build our retirement home, we were told that they build each home as if it were going to be a house that they lived in and it clearly shows. The level of detail is second to none! From the granite, to the floors, to all the fixtures, to the coffered and trey ceilings and generous amounts of crown molding and last but not least the property. The views will take your breath away. Well they did mine. Simply STUNINING !! Both David and Marsha were so prompt in answering any of my emails or texts and were always very professional. We were very well informed through every phase of the build and they really did make it easy and stress free. Heritage Home Builders understands that the structure they are building for you is not just a house...its your home. Your sanctuary. David and Marsha go above and beyond in making sure that they capture everything that you are looking for in your new home and make it a very easy enjoyable process. Marsha even made sure that on the day of closing she left us the essentials in the house so that on moving day we had them and didn't have to stress figuring out which box we had put it in. For me, that meant everything because like everything else....she was on top of it and made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed every step of the way. I promise you wont be disappointed. Dont wait and call now. David and Marsha - it was such a pleasure and we cannot thank you enough for making our dreams come true. Bless you both!

I contacted Emergency No More Septic LLC for a plumbing issue in my basement. Seth Plaster, owner,…read morecame out and told me that my drain field was bad. He gave me a price of $4,432.64 to repair the drain field. He said if the repair did not work, I would need a new field. I paid him $2,216.32 to start the job. Seth told me after a few hours that I would need a complete new field. Seth gave me a price of $14,411.72 to install 300 feet of new drain field. I asked him if the $2,216.32 I already paid would go towards the new field. Seth said NO. So my new drain field would cost me $16,628.04. I needed it done and assumed this was the going rate since a new roof cost me a arm & leg. So Seth did the job. After the job was completed I showed Seth a issue with the bathtub drain, which was the start of this nightmare with the basement bathroom. He said that a pipe was cracked under the cement and it would have to be repaired. Seth gave me a price of $17,839.16 (yes you read that correctly) to repair the pipe under the concrete floor and he said it would take 1 -2 weeks to complete.I contacted my insurance guy ref this and he said I need two other quotes. I had two other plumbers come out to quote me for the basement floor plumber issue. I asked the first plumber what he would have charged me for the drain field and he said $10,000.00. He was supposed to send a quote over for the repair in the floor and never did. The second plumber I contacted did come out. I asked what he would have charged me for a new drain field and he said he just did a 250 foot field for $7,000.00 He quoted me a price of $8,000.00 to repair the pipe under the concrete. I chose him and it took 1 day! In looking into Seth and Emergency No More Septic LLC after my experience, I found reports of similar complaints involving high charges and permit issues. Based on my own experience, I believe my case raises many of the same concerns. I want to point out that Seth NEVER came back out to grade my drain field. He was paid in full also. I called his office and left several messages and texts. I did speak to his wife Candy twice. The first time she said that they where closed because of the publicity of him dumping his septic waste in the National Forest. I told her its funny that you say you are closed when you are picking up supplies at the plumbing house. The other time I spoke to her and told her to refund me $1,500.00 cause that is what I will have to pay for someone to come out. She said that she was going to consult her attorney and get back with me the next day, which she did not. I have all calls recorded and also have texts. I warn anyone that you need to stay clear of Seth Plaster from doing any work for you. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Tennessee
