He finally sent a roofing contractor to look at it, he also tried to repair the leaks but could not. Daniel, the roofing contractor told me the roofing was installed incorrectly. When I told Mr. Powell that Daniel said this, he implied I was not being truthful, I was. He has refused to replace it. So we have to pay for a new roof after giving him numerous opportunities to fix it. I think I have been more than patient. Living with a leaking roof for 4 years. I thought I was hiring professionals and I compensated them as such. They lie, they gaslight. Told me our house would be all brushed finish, go outside, they are spraying and rolling, then try to gaslight us that's what brushed is. Huh? Told me 2 coats are on, I'm like... no, you were only on this side one day and there are light spots. Cheap caulk was used, it's shrunk and has to be redone less than 5 years later. Concrete front porch and carport had prior paint so, that was included in quote, they didn't prep it correctly, it looks TERRIBLE currently peeling and scratched because it didn't get a good bond. The prior paint bonded just fine (they gaslit me on that also.). I clocked the carpenter time because I knew he was a hourly, their bill inflated the hours. I didn't say anything at the time, just wanted a bad situation to go away. When asked to correct things they missed, gaslighting is their defense. A very unprofessional bunch of folks. I see a lot of good reviews for them, but I am not sure how. Spiteful too, I had these round aluminum vents on the front of my house that I had all taped up when they painted the first time so they would have a clean line. When I asked them to come back and touch up spots they missed, they did this to my nice shiny aluminum vents that I had taken care of to protect on purpose just to be jerks. These vents were no where near the area I asked them to remedy. Bunch of %$#@ in my book.

As the supply chain continues to waiver nationally, we had to wait a little extra for the product. Once all product was available the scheduling was a snap. Adam and Nate were exceptional in promptness and expertise. They educated as they built the deck and what to expect. Both would show up early to work and stayed into the evening. The two worked as a fluid team. Seeing how they worked and the finished product, seriously consider requesting Adam and Nate, even if it means a little sacrifice on your end for scheduling. Attached are some photos. It's not a huge project, but everything turned out great. We'll enjoy it for years to come.

YEAH RIGHT. the installers had an older flatbed truck with just a piece of warped wood for a tailgate and they dropped nails from the tear off all over our driveway (and i am certain all up the road as well where ever they went). I told them i was concerned about that as we have ouside dogs that if they get on in their paw, not to cheap of a ver bill. they picked up quite a few but we still found some for weeks after they left. we called them about roofing nails in our gutteres , on our deck, on the sidewalk and in the grass around our house. they came out 3 times and rolled the yard with a magnetic roller and assured us each time they had gotten them all. 5 year later we are still finding roofing nails in the yard and on our back deck. i will never use them again or reccomend them to anyone else.

We…read morehad a house fire and ServPro/Green Team Restorations was sent out to clean up and repair our house. We had our stuff packed up and moved out so ServPro could clean our belongings from the fire as well as repair and replace damage done to the kitchen. The reconstruction was a nightmare. Craig "Hoss" Taylor and his crew were horrible. Not only was Craig the rudest, most unprofessional person to speak to, his crew did a terrible job. the painters cut every corner they could from NOT priming my walls as they were instructed to do, to not removing mirrors or hardware to paint behind,to not using drop cloths and making a huge mess in every room.. yet they certainly billed for this stuff! I would recommend every customer to go through any invoice from ServPro with a fine tooth comb because these con artists will sneak in all kinds of extra charges. Once I addressed Craig about the horrible job and corners they were cutting he told me it was my word against the painters word (i even had multiple pictures proving everything) and told me if I had a problem I could address the paint crew myself! Which I did, but I should not have been asked to do this. That is the job of the manager or supervisor, not the client. Extremely unprofessional. Then the crew unhooked my dishwasher but didn't cap any of the pipes, leaving a dripping hose laying on my kitchen floor that soaked it, and Craig had the audacity to tell me I needed to make ANOTHER insurance claim because there was a leak in my kitchen.. There was not a leak, it was his crews negligence and poor working habits. The crew also clogged both of my toilets.. After the paint job was finished they were supposed to replace all of our outlet swatch plates, but they didn't. They left every outlet and light switch in my house exposed, but they certainly billed my insurance for every outlet and light switch swatch plate AND were indeed paid over $200 for these outlet/light plates! However I still have not received any outlet/light switch covers and it has been 4 months after they finished the paint job. I have been asking managers and supervisors to pay me back for these outlet plates and instead of doing that they tried to send a guy out on January 5 2023 to count and replace the outlets covers, but the paint job was finished in July 2022 I obviously replaced them myself before freaking January 2023! I just want to be paid back for them since servepro was paid for them anyways (but like I said these guys are crooks!) As for the pack out, once they returned our stuff in august I noticed multiple large items were missing. I immediately reached out to Greg Hocking to let him know we were missing three dressers as well as a bunch of linens (curtains,pillows etc) and some other things. He told me they broke the dressers during the move, okay why was I not informed of this until now? They just didn't return these items and weren't going to say anything until I asked where my stuff was?! As for the other items, He told me he would look into them and provide the necessary information to my insurance so I could be reimbursed and replace them. Well over four months went by before he was able to look into this and provide proof (something that should've only taken a day to look into!) plus I had to call and email many many times and speak with supervisors to get him to even do that. Every time I reached out to the company for resolutions I have been given the run around. As bad as a house fire or flood can be, dealing with ServPro was worse. Do not use this company.
