They responded by saying that I was a scam because I did not live in the city and this was their justification for not showing up. Even though I'm from the city, I explained to them in a text message I did not live in the city but could grant them access to the property and they agreed to show up Saturday at 1 after that text but never called not showed up to review the property. Obviously, they never heard of investment properties. Please be aware of shady companies that show you who there are.
