It's enough to satisfy your middle eastern cuisine cravings at a reasonable price! They normally start making food at 4pm.

You'll have to get off at the drop off point from across Manam and walk into a small walkway and then turn right. Our friends invited us here for lunch on a Sunday. Almost all the tables were taken. Fortunately, there is more seating on the 2nd floor. The decor with its blue and white motif transported me to Greece. We ordered shish tawouk, lamb kebab plate, mushroom soup, squash salad, Dubai brownie and tahini brownie. The servings were very generous. My shish tawouk plate had several tender pieces of chicken, eggplant salad, biryani rice, broiled tomato and some kind of salsa-like sauce. On the table were two kinds of sauces - one white (perhaps tatziki?) and one with the color of a thousand island dressing (although it is not). The latter was quite spicy. Best was to use it to dress the chicken starting with the white sauce and a tad of the spicy. Soooo good! The lamb kebab was a bit tough. The squash salad was warm and fresh. Overall, everything was authentic and delicious! I know I will crave this food as it is better than many of the Mediterranean restaurants in Los Angeles, USA. They also have such a variety of dishes to choose from - definitely want to try the other dishes in the menu. I was so hungry and excited, I forgot to take pictures of the food. Service was attentive and pleasant. Our water glasses were always filled. Love this place! Will definitely be back!

They also gave us 2 menus - - one was the Cafe Adriatico menu, the other was Abe's - - we had our choice from either. We ordered 3 dishes & all were good: 1. BISTEK FILIPINO: nice dish. The meat was lean, plenty of shallots & sauce. Not the same as the Bistek Tagalog that they serve at Fely J's. Main difference is that this dish uses top blade beef & Fely J uses rib eye - - which is much more flavorful. Still a good dish. 2. LANGKA AT PUSIT SA GATA: I didn't try it, but my wife enjoyed it. 3. TORTANG TALONG: Cooked to perfection. Nice size. No issues. Enjoy.

Growing up, bulalo, nilaga and tinola were staples at home. When i went off to college instant…read morenoodles became my staple- they come in bulalo flavor too! LOL! My roommate and I used to call it our resident soup! I suppose sipping a hot bowl of soup reminds me of home. That sort of comfort is what i felt with my first sip of the steamy "nanay's pochero". The soup had clean meaty flavor without a hint of msg that often runs coarse through your throat. There were a couple of chorizo slices enhancing the already delicious soup. The meat was succulent and for me, the bone marrow sealed the deal - that feast of fatty, beefy, butter-like flavors melting in your mouth is one of the great joys of eating bulalo! YUM! The mood of the place is relaxing and for a brief moment there was a warm home-like feel to it. I guess I don't need to meditate to transcend elsewhere, all i need is good food! how great is that?! You would have guessed by now that this was not just a great dining experience for me but a pleasant emotional experience too and for that I'm giving this place 5 stars.

As we looked at the prices for the variety of their hummus, we kept it simple and got our usual order. Lentil Soup: Pretty good! Just think monggo. If you like it, I'd recommend this. Hummus: One of the reasons why we love eating hummus (chickpea and sesame dip) at any branch is the bread coming in two pieces. Presentation was attractive and appetizing. Serving size was generous. Taste was simply perfect and I'll always love this dish, so much that I'd bring it to the movies instead of popcorn! Plain Lassi: I'm a fan of yogurt shakes! Sweet or salty, heck, I'll have it both ways! Service: They seemed pretty knowledgeable about their menu. We were asking for a simple soup recommendation and they suggested Lentil Soup, comparing it to monggo. That made our decision very easy! (for July 2018)

As it's right by the entrance, a lot of people walk in front of it and it is not perfectly lit. Today, I decided to give it a try. AMAZING! I got a chickpea wrap from the light lunch section (150php!!) and it was delicious! So creamy and the parsley was very fresh! The staff is very friendly and you can see the cooks at the kebab stand which is always entertaining. I'll definitely go again :)
