    Mediocre food. Flavoring was decent, but the fries tasted like cardboard, and the lamb was far too tough. Overpriced to boot.

One thing I never fail to order is their stuffed zucchini because it's really good and feels really healthy... it's "greek rice with pine nuts, raisins and tomatoes stuffed in zucchini". However, today I found out that they modified their menu and there's no longer stuffed zucchini (sob!); instead, they changed it to stuffed red bell pepper! Badly needing my rice fix, I ordered it anyway, but very doubtfully. We also got the beef gyros (small pieces of beef, greens, and feta cheese in pita wrap) and the crispy calamares. The good news is, the stuffed red bell pepper was surprisingly even BETTER than the zucchini. It's the sweetest pepper I've ever tasted! Truthfully I'm not a fan of bell peppers because the green ones turn me off so I thought they all taste weird, but this red bell pepper was a game changer for me. TRY IT TRY IT! The other ones we ordered were pretty good as well. So far, I haven't tasted anything that I particularly disliked from Greek Kouzina. I also like their Lamb Meatballs. For dessert, their Greeka Yogurt is a must-try. The honey mixed with yogurt is amazing. If you run out of honey you can always ask for more.

I was ecstatic when I discovered the North-based restaurant has now a branch in the Fort. In Greeka Kouzina, you get good quality dishes. From just ordering the Hummus, to the Spanakopita to the Eggplant Dip - you will be satisfied from the appetizers alone. The Fig Roka Salata is always a common dish to order (walnuts on anything makes dishes taste better). For mains, either focus on getting a gyro or splitting a pasta and the Roast Lamb with someone. The Greeks tend to overdose on yogurt sauce so don't be afraid to spread the sauce on all your dishes. It might make everything taste the same, but hey you can't go wrong with a whole lot of Greek yogurt! For dessert, try the authentic Baklava - it's this yummy "cake" that's actually layers and layers of phylo pastry with pistachio, walnuts and cashews (and again, it's topped with yogurt). Really good stuff!

It's a hit and miss for us to get the timing right because at one visit, we were there around lunch time and had to wait in the queue for a very long time. Parking was relatively easy since the restaurant is at Molito. If no open parking slots are available, there's always the basement parking. BEVERAGES Cyma Iced Tea is a home-brew type that was very strong, sweet and heavy. At the same time, the Yogurt Shake had delicious yogurt and fruit rind on top; this was a first and I loved it! FOOD They excel in serving excellent and elegant food! Greek Nachos is on the top of my list because of how refreshingly addicting the toppings and soft pita are. I always want more and more! Kalamarakia and Solomos were fairly good while the Yiouvetsi was really heavy on the belly. My second fave would be the Meat Platter, an abundance of more fluffy pita and some well-cooked meat. Potatoes au jus deserve the same attention for its texture; really nice to chew into. SERVICE There was just one instance where the one who lined us up in the queue that busy lunch day appeared to be moody, and that's okay; we're all human. We could really see it in her slightly agitated face and we felt awkward speaking with her midway. Good thing she snapped out of it when it was time to go to our table. The Mezedes sampler was tasty -- they didn't skimp on the bread, and all of the dips were well seasoned. Briami is baked eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, and zucchini, which had a little too much olive oil and not enough seasoning. One serving of Potatoes Sto Fourno is surprisingly huge and not at all oily, though quite plain. What got to me was the Greek lemonade. I asked the waitstaff what was in it and she said it was just fresh lemonade. Lemme get this straight: it's fresh lemonade that's served in a Greek-themed restaurant, so it must be Greek lemonade. But then, they also serve cafe Americano. Eh? While the food was hot, the service was lukewarm. It helped that the waitstaff were prompt and civil, but they seemed distracted, as if they were inconvenienced to serve another set of patrons. This was the lunch hour, and the place was only 40% full. To any business owners: your service staff's demeanor is significantly responsible in setting the tone for transactions with your customers. If your staff act like they don't care about the customers, the customers won't feel like they need to care about your business. Behavior is contagious. Good thing I care a lot about what I eat, so it's likely I'll return here for their plant-based meals. But not after I forage elsewhere for better service first.

It is the same chef/owner from First Gourmet Academy and this is one of their restaurants that students operate as part of their practicum, I think. With all the new restaurants popping out in the new building, people misses this resto. This is my third time in this restaurant and they haven't changed. They're still as good since my first visit. Our usual first course is the Mezedes (spreads swerved with breads). My personal favorite is the Melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant spread). I love the tartiness of this dip that is combined with the nice earthy, smokey eggplant. Tzatziki (cucumber, carrots, and yogurt) It's refreshing and clean. I'm not a fan of cucumber, but when it combines with yogurt, it work wonders. Hummus (chickpeas with tahini) is creamy with a hint of lemon acidity. I just prefer a stronger tahini flavor in it, but its really good. Bourou Bourou is a nice, simple, hearty vegetable soup. It is similar to minestrone, its light and flavorful. Arni Me Kritharkia (Orzo with Lamb Meatballs). Orzo cooked in a rich, tomato based sauce with lamb meatballs. The rich tomato ragu blends well with the lamb meatballs. It's a very rich & flavorful meatball pasta. Pastitsio is their version of lasagna, instead of sheet pasta, tube pasta is used. It's simple, yet flavorful pasta dish. Rich, meaty tomato sauce and bechamel on one side. The better thing about this is the sauce are served and overflown on the sides. So we can scoop as much sauce as we can. Chicken Souvlaki, my personal favortie. Marinated large cut chicken fillets, skewered with vegetables and grilled to perfection. The chicken was marinated that produced a moist, flavorful meat. It's not dry as how we expected it. Galaktoboureko is basically a custard pie with phyllo pastry on top. It is similar to a cheesecake, but its yogurt custard with a nice, crusty phyllo on top. It's smooth and creamy complimented by the honey that added sweetness to this dessert. Kos is one of my favorite Greek restaurant in QC. Pair it with their moroccan mint hot tea :) I must add the interiors are very nice and really brings a Mediterranean vibe.
