BEWARE!! this place claimed they can fix my Bose home speaker subwoofer, charged me $120.00 for a supposit diagnostic test (which never got done) dropped off my equipment on Dec. 10th, 2025 and had to call numerous times for status, the owner would say, "We are still working on it and he will call me back" Finally, I called back on Feb. 2nd (2 months!!) and they said they couldn't fix the issue. So basically, they took my $120. Kept my system for nothing. DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS! I don't know how they're in business. They don't deserve any stars. read more

Took in my ViewSonic PX-747 4K projector that was currently inspected by tech. To discover blown out lamp along with color wheel due to overheated ventilation from outside inspection inside was completely filled with dust debris upon picking up my repaired projector, technicians, surprised, and had my satisfaction at high levels due to projector, coming out brand new and cleaned throughout interior components and outer shell For the price cannot be the satisfaction in top quality work! There are very few shops that deal with professional musical instruments left. I am a professional musician and have tried most of the remaining repair centers with mostly unsatisfactory results. Eric at Digitron has taken the time to actually get to the bottom of several problems that others called unfixable or worse, fixed when it wasn't. Digitron also will allow for "emergency" repairs for an extra charge. Most unfriendly business place ever. I took my electronic device for repairs. They said it would take 2 months to fix unless I put a rush on it. [Scam of da century????] I am sure that's their story for all to make additional bucks. I agreed, and paid $299 (Double the normal amount). Well, it took them a week and a half to tell me the part is unavailable from the manufacturer and they are unable to complete the job. However, the charge now would be dropped to $150 instead of $299. $150 for what? How long would it take for someone to remove the screws of a foot pedal processor and run a diagnostic? I asked myself. Did they really perform anything electronically intelligent other than removing a few screws? Oki dokey. Now that's what I call a home run for them. Imagine if they pulled that off on every 6th customer who brought in an item for repairs. Finally, a week after their 'No Can't Do' phone call I decided to drive almost an hour to the little dump of a 'Hole In The Wall' and pick up the unit. "What other surprises would I be faced with?", I asked myself. Well, my little 3 pound pedal was still disassembled, and they made me wait a half hour to put everything back together. Furthermore, I never heard anyone say, "Sorry for the delay", "Please", "Thank You", "Have a Nice Day" or just a simple "Sorry"! To anyone reading this: Please, please, please! Sent in my Olympus camera to have the battery cover latch repaired and it came back looking like new! At first I thought we had gotten the wrong camera back, but it is indeed the one I sent in. I don't know how anybody could give this company anything more than a 1-star review. They will tell you that they can definitely fix your equipment, charge you $120.00, then tell you not much later that they cannot fix it, but still charge you the $120.00! How great is that? Take gear from hapless clients, charge money for a "diagnostic fee" then do nothing. Awesome! As it turns out (in this case) they are not even authorized to be doing any repairs on this particular brand of gear, and they knew that upfront. I called for a quote for some repairs on my Yamaha Motif7, however they stated they really couldn't provide and actual quote without seeing my keyboard... fare! I asked about a turn around time and they said about 2 weeks if they need to order parts. Dropped my keyboard off on a Friday, Got my quote by Monday, repairs were complete by Tuesday and I picked it up Wednesday... All repairs were done and the board works good as new. I'd think twice about this place. Called the company to ask what the protical is for sending in a camera. They said to send it in and they would give an estimate. Sent a pro camera in to them and they gave me an estimate. It was very high, so i declined the repair. Then they tell me I owe them about $100 for the estimate. They never notified me about there being a estimate cost. I don't like hidden fees; that's just bad business. All the other places that required paid estimates ask for a written approval and money upfront....not hold my unit hostage until I pay something I was not notified beforehand to pay for. CONCLUSION: As for being a firs-time customer, recommended this place by Panasonic, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the customer service and the dealings of this company. read more

Connected via phone before sending in an item for repair. Was quoted 2 weeks to fix. Three weeks later, no call, and I reach out to them, to find out the item should be shipped back to me next week. Then a follow up call to note the item never was fixed and they'll send it to the manufacturer for repair. Five weeks later, they mistakenly send the item back to me, still broken. I took my Sony FS700 in to get the handle fixed and they tried to charge me $180 for a used handle grip when I showed him online you can buy a brand new one for $140. Found these guys who claim to service pro audio mixer's. I sent in my 18-month-old Mackie mixer looking for a solution to the white noise coming out of it -was thinking maybe capacitor or power supply. $75 plus return shipping (total $110) was the charge to tell me it all checked out just fine there's nothing wrong with it. Before I did anything, I substituted the suspect mixer with a spare couple of mixers effectively confirming the origin of the white noise, as literally every cable, piece of equipment, and even its spacial orientation, remained. BTW, both substitute mixers were also Mackie. read more

After having researched the issue I was having with my projector online, I was reluctant to spend any money trying to repair it because most forums indicated that it might be cheaper to simply buy a new one. However, I thought I'd give my Panasonic PT-D6000 one more chance, given the low cost for an estimate here... Highly recommend... this is the second time digitron has helped me out in a big way! First repairing a Sony a7rii after water damage sustained in Alaska made it so the memory card wouldn't read, and this time after a fall off a boulder in Moab banged me and the Camera up pretty good. As an adventure outdoors photographer it's been great that they have my back, have the ability to repair and give the Camera back so fast (last time within the week!) and seem really fair given the price/gear they are working on (which is super helpful and appreciated running my own small business). If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager was rude from the moment I stepped foot in the place, he proceeds to advise that my guitar could take a month just to get looked at, I show him the rise on the guitar and acknowledges it qualifies to get swapped under warranty. 2 days pass and they hadn't even called Fender. I step in and basically broker their communication. At the end, Digitron advises they never saw my guitar in the first place to Fender!!!! Are you kidding me? I'm not certain how any company could align themselves with these people. Buyer beware! I rather drive 30 miles than the 3 I did just to avoid these guys and actually speak with professionals who know how to honor warranty and also know customer service. read more

I'm a professional editor. Twice we have taken our decks to Digitron. Sony would have charged us at least double. They spend the time to troubleshoot your problem WITH THE TECHNICIAN that's going to make the repairs for you. Fantastic service! Think Twice. I was quoted $450 to repair a $500 projector that needed a new lamp and fan. Turns out they were charging me close to $200 for a lamp that Epson sells on their website for $100. Knowing that I was getting ripped off, I could not approve their quote. They keep the $75 diagnostic fee if you don't agree with their inflated quotes. I can't trust them. read more

I think my fellow Djs should know about Digitron! First of all, I want to thank Eric for his professionalism and knowledge and just say that these guys know what they are doing! I took my Pioneer Cdjs in because they were extremely glitchy, and acting up all the time. They took my gear in, diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be replaced. Their prices were reasonable so I agreed to get them to do the work. Within a week and a half they called me and told me that my CDJs were ready for pickup. When I went to pick up my equipment, I couldn't believe that those were my CDJs. These guys completely cleaned my gear and wrapped it in clear plastic. It was like getting a new pair of CD players. So I want to say thank you to all technicians and again to Eric the owner for taking such great care of me! read more

these guys do great repair and custom work on all of your musical gear. i assume they are pricey, but i never have used anybody else in the area. they always have very accurate in their estimates and are pretty quick in their initial diagnosis of my gear. they also do rush jobs (for double the labor rate i think). read more
