At no point during the transaction did anyone clearly explain how their pricing works, what margin they typically apply, or what my guitar might realistically sell for on the used market. Had I been given that information, I would have made a more informed decision or at least understood the trade-off between convenience and payout. The issue here isn't just the resale price--it's the lack of full disclosure. Customers deserve transparency when they're selling valuable gear, especially when there's such a significant gap between the buy price and resale price. Overall, the experience left me feeling like I wasn't given the full picture. I would strongly recommend that anyone selling gear here do their own research beforehand and ask very specific questions about resale value and pricing structure before agreeing to a deal.

They had a great selection of sizes, colors and designs. They had the 1/2, 3/4 and 4/4 sizes in stock. I did ask if it was OK to grab the instruments to look at them before just to make sure. I'm 6'1 so I needed to see which size was suitable for me. They pulled out different sizes and colors so I can decide what to get. Finally found the one, at a great price. They also have the gig bags in stock so I got me one. The gentleman tuned it up and went over it before I left just to make sure everything was OK. Will be coming back here again in the future.

Instead of jumping straight into recommendations or upselling, he immediately tried to fix it on the spot. Once he confirmed it was repairable, he quickly cut the string, replaced the tuner, and got everything back in place. The whole process took less than 10 minutes! I live in Carson, so driving out to Lakewood and getting it fixed the same day was such a relief. This guitar isn't for professional use--it's for my daughter who's just starting to learn--so having it ready right away saved me a lot of time and hassle.
