I came for repairs like last time and right off the gal that took my information was half asleep and uninterested. I guess she took my concerns down so I figured I'd continue and see how it goes, a mistake that was. The following week the tech, who "worked" on my laptops, contacted me by phone and he proceed to lecture me about my laptops being too old and he strongly recommended I not connect to the internet with them. He kept on about it through out the call, even though it was not was i was wanting or asking help on, I needed physical repairs on two of them. He spoke like he was an expert but said he couldn't fix them. It seemed like he was pushing me to purchase new laptops they sell as mine were too far gone. He charged me $50 a piece and all i got was a fixed pin in the charging port of one. I was a bit upset about this conversation but figured i could read his notes on my invoice for better understanding as I was at work when he called. I asked him to put what he did on the invoice and I would come and get the laptops soon. When I arrived I paid the $150 for the "repairs" and took the receipt. On my way home i reviewed the invoice and got even more upset. The tech pretty much gave me another similar lecture about the computers being too old, "20 years old" which was a complete lie. He did not document what he did and didn't even put the right customer's account information on the invoice like my name and address. It was under someone else. I was so upset that they didn't do much of anything I called them when I got home. I called their store and briefly spoke with the tech as he picked up the phone, I demanded to speak with the owner and the tech supposedly forwarded my message to the owner (Chad) as Chad wasn't available at the moment. Over the next week I attempted to contact Chad but could only leave messages with the tech. Chad would take his time and call me back when I was not available. We played a little phone tag but I discontinued my efforts to get satisfaction when Chad continued to call me at times when I was at work and I requested for him to call me afterwards. He didn't and he made no additional efforts to address my concerns. This was a bad experience. Watch these guys if you have repairs that are needed as they'll take your money and its a real possibility they'll rip you off, as that is completely how i feel. I will not go back as I had my laptops repaired elsewhere in town. BEWARE!

The top part of my screen cracked on my Samsung Galaxy 20 FE. The phone was still completely…read moreoperational with no other issues. I took it to the Bolivar location to get the screen repaired ($200.00). I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. My phone immediately began having connectivity issues. I have Verizon and have always had excellent connectivity with them. Went back (45 minute drive each way). He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas. He opened it back up and said the antennas hadn't been hooked up correctly. Let him know if this didn't fix it and he would order new ones. It didn't fix anything. I let him know the issue was ongoing, he said he would order new ones. Two weeks go by and nothing. I told him I wanted his manager's contact information. He wouldn't give it out, but he would give my information to his manager. NO contact from anyone. I emailed the corporate office and said either give me a comparable new phone or refund my "repair" cost. NO contact from anyone. I'm hoping to save someone else from going through this. BEWARE! This is my first Yelp review but it needed to be done. Dan…read moreis a stand up guy! I was in town on a business trip and needed to replace the battery on my phone. I did a Yelp search and inquiry and Dan replied within a few hours. I dropped off my phone to get worked on and when I went back to pick it up he noticed that the screen had been damaged during the battery replacement. Before I could say a word he told me how he was going to replace the screen at no cost. When I told him I was only in town for a short time he made sure to get a replacement screen delivered the next day. Unfortunately the replacement screen was faulty but Dan went above and beyond to complete the job and fully repair my phone that very same day! I would highly recommend Dan for any of your iPhone repair needs!
