I would not recommend using this company to move a couch let alone a mobile home. At first the…read moreowner seemed nice and trustworthy but that all changed as soon as they were paid. We've been dealing with them since mid October and it's now November and I have had to do the work that I paid them to do. In total I paid them $14,000 to move a double wide and a deck a around 60 miles it took 4 days for them to break down and get it moved to the site and atleast 4 days to set it together on SOME OF IT'S PEIRS " atleast one isn't touching the mobile home" and not strapped down properly. There was exposed wires under the double wide where the two halves meet luckily I saw them before I accidentally touched them. The deck was never moved so we agreed on $2000 refunded to us for not being able to move the deck also as that was was the amount agreed upon to move the deck. Since then he he lied about coming back to finish his job on multiple occasions then just completely quit responding to our calls and texts.

We ended up having to move 2 puck up loads ourselves after paid movers failed us and now the items they did move are destroyed. They had to replace a worker who got upset after we had to chase them 3 times as they were trying to leave without completely moving our stuff so apparently the boy they sent got upset when facts were spoken by a woman so he was shooing me away and actually stated he is NOT talking to me. I was going to meet with her for an inspection Friday afternoon but she didn't get to the place to clean until noon-1 pm. I'm having the place cleaned for an elderly man who is re-locating to Missouri due to health issues. I too am elderly and have a couple disabilities that prevents me from doing the cleaning myself and driving after dark. Makaya didn't finish in time that I could make the hour drive in the dark. Today I went to inspect. She did a good job on the oven, refrigerator and cleaning the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen and dining room floor was not done. I get to the bathrooms, floor as not clean, I pulled out the vanity drawers, they had not been touched. I looked up the vanity and nothing under the vanity had been touched in either bathroom. Photo's below were taken day after she cleaned. This is a house that has been remodeled with fresh paint on the walls and baseboards and all new carpet. There's no construction debris. All that needed to be done in every bedroom is the window seals wiped down and the mini blinds wiped down. On the phone Makaya said no problem. I ask for the tile to be cleaned in the entry way, again she said no problem. She quoted her price and I agreed. Tile to entry way was not touched. Front door tile was not touched. When I text Makala she begin to back track on all we agreed on. I told her I expected a $50 credit back for doing her job. She insisted she could not do that. She never offered to come back and complete the job either. I'm going to file a compliant with the BBB. Caution, she talks a good plan but she will not follow thru. I'm going to try to dispute her charges and reduce her amount by $50. $50 was more than fair considering I had to finish her job. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very shady the way she charges before she does the work or inspected. By the way, I had a witness to the nasty left in the bathrooms. Just so happen a handyman was outdoors cleaning up, I ask him to come be a witness to the lousy cleaning job.
