We'll have our tech phone you back." -- calls that came DAYS later, when they came at all. Every tech that DID arrive swore that the tech before him had installed things improperly. (This happened repeatedly!) And in the end, when we attempted to cancel, they threatened us with a breach of contract, with no regard for the fact that they'd failed to provide us with even the simplest level of service. This company is in the business of selling contracts. Period. We've never been so disappointed in an ISP. Please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
