I came in hoping to get some help with business cards, as I already have a basic design but needed…read morea little assistance cleaning up the spacing and getting everything print-ready. I'm not a graphic designer, so I was specifically looking for that human touch and guidance you would expect from working with a local print shop rather than simply ordering online. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I couldn't really be helped. I was told they don't print individual samples, so to see a card in a particular style I would need to order 100 cards for $100+. If I wanted raised printing or foil, I would also need to provide the files separately, and the only foil options available were silver or gold. There was only one person in the office when I came in, and I got the impression that they primarily handle the printing rather than helping with the actual design or setup. I was repeatedly encouraged to just place the order online, which was disappointing because the entire reason I came in person was to work with someone who could help me make sure everything looked right before spending $100+ on cards. I'm honestly pretty desperate to get this task off my plate, so this would have been a very easy sale. I was ready to move forward and pay for the service, but if I don't feel confident or comfortable with the process, it's hard to justify placing the order. It's unfortunate because so many things have gone completely digital now, and sometimes you just want to walk into a local business, talk to a person, and get a little hands-on help.

Their prices are also reasonable. Our first experience with installing signage was not as smooth as I expected due to issues permitting and such. No knock to Wholesale Signs. We were also under immense pressure to complete the install in time for our soft opening and with such a short turn around time, Andrew made the install happen. The quality of their signs is apparent and really made a huge difference on our store front appearance. We will definitely use Wholesale Signs for our future projects and so should you. My usual Amazon locker was full, and AIM Mail Center popped up as a Amazon Counter. Cool! Once I received my package-ready-for-pickup email from Amazon, I made my way over the following morning to get my package. The store opens at 8am sharp - and the guy was on-time. He was friendly, prompt, scanned my email barcode and started to sort through the pile of packages behind the counter. No lines. No wait. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. In addition to Amazon package pickup services, there's a few walls of PMB (private mailboxes) - which are sorta like PO Boxes, except they can prob accept Fedex/UPS packages for you in that the USPS can't. Assortment of greeting cards, display signs, mailing supplies, copy machine services - you can even get your keys cut here. Not sure about the prices, but I imagine the value is that you can avoid the crowd at the post office if you ship here. Plenty of parking upfront depending on time and day - it's in the busy Albertson's shopping center with like 7 Kei Concepts restaurants.
