I went to this store from seeing a craigslist ad for an Apple Magic Mouse (2nd gen) that I was in the market for. The store is in a bit of a sketchy area in east Hollywood, but the kind folks that run this place were very knowledgable about the product and what software it was compatible with, so it made the trip worth it. The 2nd gen Magic Mouse goes for $80 new, but doesn't work with OSX 10.9, so I was forced to get the 1st gen which I bought new for $50. It's been a few days and so far no problems with the mouse. You wouldn't expect there to be with a new mouse, but you never know with these type of resale stores. If anything changes, I'll be sure to update this review. But for now, I feel you can go here and shop with confidence. read more

Small shop, big service. Searching online for a used 24" Apple display, I discovered Digicomp on Craigslist, and was drawn to their price, location and warranty guarantee. I visited their shop today, and was offered a choice of displays to choose from, all at a fair price. Wish I could give them 0 stars, I was walking by with my mom and daughter,i decided to walk in and ask them if they could fix our usb ports,he said sure for $60 he even when as far as to explain how easy of a process it was,and that all he had to do was order a usb port card and install it,he "ACTED" very friendly,so a couple days later when i had the money for the job,I took my pc in by myself,he acted so flirty like he was trying to romantisize me,im 24 and this guys like 60 anyway.he had me sign a paper and it had all sorts of fees i was trying to read it and he kept purposely distract me like a maniac from reading then he said oh none of that applies to you just sign it,so i leave my comp there and he told me that he was going to have his technician look at,and that he'd call me tomorrow.the next day no call no message.almost right b4 they closed 2 day later i called them after no call,and he said his technician was sick,on the third day i recieved a call at 4pmthe technician started to leave a message,when i picked up the phone,and he said very rudely and agrily this vis the technician! and im like yeah i know but i didnt say that,i said so did you guys get to put the usb card in and he said well i need your password,so i gave it to him and he said ill call you back,i waited for almost 2 hours he nver called and they were about to close i called them and then david said that the technician said he caklled me which was a lie because i was waiting by the phone,then he said that they tried to do it but that the mose and keyboard didnt work,and i said well they worked b4 i took it there,and he said it wasnt worth it to fix it,he told me i should throw it away and buy a new pc,then he offered to sell me one . i asked my mom to pick up the pc because i didnt want to see theyre faces or i would have started a riot,.when i got the pc home it was worse then b4 i brought it in,i had to call technical support and talk to them for 2 hrs,and fix what damage they had done,.after being practically molested by david ,thenabused by his latin technician with anger issues,and a supieriority complex,I wish I would have came to yelp and read the bad reviews, Yes I agree with the guy on here who said to avoid them like the plague! read more

I could not have had better service!!!! I'm so over the Apple Store and their astronomical pricing on everything. I came to this place, desperately in need of getting my laptop fixed! I thought it would cost me an arm and leg, but I was soooo surprised, the guy is so honest, I really couldn't believe it! He was so helpful. Went through everything with me, and even when I wanted to purchase a new laptop (which is to his benefit) he was so honest that he told me I don't need to and that mine is just fine after they take care of the issues I was having. They called me exactly on time to pick it up, they went through exactly what they did and I came out with practically a brand new laptop. I was so excited and to top it off, they were less than half the price of the Apple Store! Digicomp, you guys are awesome!!! I'm never going to the Apple store again.
