So I just want to say she is the most compassionate and caring person. If you're concerned about who's going to take care of your pet while you're out of town look no further. Always very professional, and courteous. Plus my animals just love her! It gives me such peace of mind when I go out of town, to know that my animals are going to be well taken care of and loved while I am away. She takes pictures of them every day at the conclusion of her walks or feedings.. and sends them to me b/c she knows that I am very anxious about being away from them. I just can't speak highly enough about her..anyway thanks so Daryn. You're like a part of our little family now.

I traveled internationally for two weeks and needed a pet sitter to care for my cat. I decided on Hailee because the cost was reasonable. Throughout the duration of my vacation I was routinely told that my cat could not be found. It seemed like little to no effort was made to find or play with my cat, luckily my family was able to visit and play with my cat using minimal effort. She filled up food but did not fill up the water in the two weeks leading me to believe that she was unreliable, however she did show up everyday and was able to bring in packages. I will not be using her services again in the future, I do not feel that I can trust her with my pet.

We were at our wits end when our vet recommended Kim with Positive Paws. I kid you not, after her very first visit to our home to work with Winston (and us!) we saw remarkable improvement in our adorable puppy. She imparted such good knowledge to help us understand what we were doing incorrectly and what we needed to do to get our little Winston potty trained and behaviorally trained. In only 5 lessons, we learned so much as did Winston. I can't thank Kim enough for helping us. I would highly, highly recommend Kim--her positive reinforcement style of training and her special way with dogs is unmatched!

Everyone got along fine and we were all set to board our pups when my wife took ill and couldn't make the trip. I went without her and she was home with our dogs. Flash forward to December. We went to Las Vegas for 3 nights and left Tango and Jack with Mike and Beth. Communication was good and Mike sent us emails with photos and even a short video. The dogs are our "babies" and although we missed them very much, it did a lot to ease our minds about the care they were receiving while we were gone. I can highly recommend Mike and Beth of Howling Good Dog Boarding to anyone who needs to board a fuzzy family member. Now that we've found them, we will always leave the care of our dogs to them when we go out of town. Thank you Mike and Beth for taking such good care of our "boys."

Mike was great about sending me video & picture updates while we were on our trip. He's very knowledgeable about dogs, answered all my questions and my dog, Ozzie left happy and worn out! I felt MUCH better about leaving my best buddy in Mike's hands than at a big boarding facility where there's SO many dogs, so much potential for accidents, and not personalized to your dog. Mike is also insured (for peace of mind) and understands that dogs have quirks (mine has food allergies & separation anxiety). I'd give him 10 stars, if I could! We will be back!

THE BEST. We have…read morethree pets with very different needs: a very shy terrier mix who can be skittish with new people, a high-energy German Shepherd who needs lots of exercise and often goes on hunger strike when his routine is disrupted, and a cat with special needs who needs one-on-one time away from the dogs. We've boarded the dogs and had sitters come to check on the cat previously, but when we went on a week-long holiday, we really wanted all three animals to maintain their routines at home. Mallorie came recommended with high praise, and we quickly understood why. Both dogs warmed up to her and her husband, Cody, within moments of meeting them. Our cat, Dot, is not always receptive to new people and can be a bit standoffish with strangers. She let both Mallorie and Cody pet her the first time she met them. These are true pet lovers who really understand how to approach and communicate with animals. We opted to have Mallorie and Cody stay at our house overnight and visit the dogs as necessary during the day. We returned from a blissful week away to calm, happy animals. They were glad to see us, but we could tell they'd gotten plenty of exercise and attention in our absence. The big guy ate all his meals, and the small dog and cat had gotten sufficient loving. As an added bonus, our house looked slightly better than we left it. And did I mention that One Lucky Pooch's rates are VERY reasonable? Our pets would no doubt be thrilled to have Mallorie and Cody stay with them... we'll have to plan another trip soon!
