I felt MUCH better about leaving my best buddy in Mike's hands than at a big boarding facility where there's SO many dogs, so much potential for accidents, and not personalized to your dog. Throughout the duration of my vacation I was routinely told that my cat could not be found. It seemed like little to no effort was made to find or play with my cat, luckily my family was able to visit and play with my cat using minimal effort. She filled up food but did not fill up the water in the two weeks leading me to believe that she was unreliable, however she did show up everyday and was able to bring in packages. I will not be using her services again in the future, I do not feel that I can trust her with my pet.

The best part, I know they love on my fur babies just like I would if I was home. Hiring an independent contractor, you are not going to get this kind of customer service or consistency. They go above and beyond every time. I can update my schedule very easily, add a walk in case of an emergency and they send out holiday reminders if you need to cancel your walk! And cater to your pets needs such as medications or special instructions. I have recommended them to everyone in my building and I will keep recommending them to everyone!

When A Pup Above Chubbies are on Sale I will purchase a box for the baby or if I'm interested in the treat of the month or something new, like recently they were selling dog krispies which I LOVED, made with Krispy rice cereal, honey, peanut butter, yogurt chips and coconut oil. I was able to obtain the recipe so I can make them at home myself.
