She served me champagne and my visit was perfect even with the chaos that a Holiday brings. We exchanged numbers and when I saw another bag I wanted, she was able to help via text. Love this brand, it's my go-to before all other names! LV never goes on sale, keeps its value and resells well! Overall, yes to the bag! Yes to the man who spoils you! Girls, we deserve it! Today was my second visit to the Alo store at Tysons Galleria in VA over a period of several…read moremonths. Both times my family and I faced racial profiling by the staff. The first time it happened we let it pass, but today after seeing the store manager (a white heavyset gentleman man signal to his staff to follow us around the store and linger behind us, I decided to call them out on their racism. I informed them that there was no need to follow us because we are not thieves. Of course, they denied they were profiling us but since we are not easily gaslit, we knew they were lying. If you are a visible minority, I do NOT recommend that you shop there. The staff will definitely make you feel unwanted. In contrast, you will note how friendly and accommodating they are to white patrons.

I really wanted to wear them to my cousins wedding and this shop came recommended. I originally thought the strap needed to be shortened, but the staff suggested a different fix. They told me that adding a pad under my foot and a non-slip band on the strap would solve the issue. It helped a little, but not completely leaving me somewhat disappointed. In addition to not receiving a complete fix, what really disappointed me was the service or lack thereof. The man working there barely looked up from what he was doing and never asked me to try on the shoe to see the problem for himself. He gave short, vague suggestions and seemed uninterested in actually helping. I had to walk back and forth to the shelves three separate times to find the products he mentioned, rather than him taking a moment to show me where they were. The whole interaction felt dismissive and rushed. The shop itself is tucked away inside Tysons Mall, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. While it is convenient if you are already nearby, I would not make a special trip back. For a store that specializes in shoes, I expected more attention and care. The experience left me unimpressed and still struggling with the same pair of shoes.

I do find the process of lining up outside the store a bit annoying and I am seeing more and more stores using this to show popularity or manage shoppers. We did have a good experience once we were finally allowed in the store. The waistcoat was the wrong style, though, and had to be remade, which made our timeline very tight. Lydia was there to help with the tailoring last minute and really came through for us. That being said, going through the official scheduling channels would have left us up the creek. He now has a second suit. Same general problems with not having a lot of appointment availability same week, but he's pleased with the second suit. I think we got decent advice this time, though I'm not as wowed by the fabric he was advised to take this time around for a multi-use business suit. Overall, very good so long as you have patience and know to expect alterations!

We first came into the store to place the order, returned again for corrections when the initial suit arrived with severely uneven sleeves and disproportionate shoulder pads, and tried to be patient while a replacement was ordered. Unfortunately, the second suit arrived with similar defects as the original. When we requested a refund, it was denied. The showroom manager offered no meaningful resolution and stated he would email his manager, who might respond within a week. When I explained that we may need to dispute the charge with our credit card company if the issue could not be resolved, he threatened, "If you do, you can never shop here again." He also remarked that situations like this are common and customers sometimes wait even longer. After multiple in store visits and good faith attempts to resolve this directly, the matter remains unresolved and has raised serious consumer protection concerns. I am sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.
