They asked for my drivers location to quote it. I was told a mechanic would call in the morning after pricing out the part and mileage... if I agreed, they could go replace the part. I woke up a few hours later to one of their employees informing me that they had been working on my truck for "three hours", chambering the brake. First of all, chambering a brake takes 20 minutes... Second of all, I did authorize them to go and work on my truck, I was waiting for their price estimate... third of all, he didn't even bring the part to properly repair it. So the guy demands $700 and then starts insulting me, calling me a "Jew" and all sorts of other inappropriate things. My driver had to take the truck to another shop down the road to have the part replaced by a real mechanic, when he got there he disconne the trailer and saw that the scumbag from all American had removed the flash and seals from the brake lines. They are very shady and I highly recommend NOT calling them for anything. they have dozens of similar reviews.

The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal.
