I like Diesel. I've been a fan of their jeans, shirts, shoes and accessories for years. Their stuff ain't cheap but it is good quality and wears well. I always stop in for their sales. My favorite Diesel store is in the Beverly Center in Los Angeles. I wish this store in Lenox was as large as that L.A. store. Also, in L.A. I often look at the window display which is at the door and then I step inside to look around. This shop has displays on each side and the door is at the corner. I often walk by one display (walk past the door) and turn the corner to see what's in the other window display and then I walk off thinking maybe I'll go back later and look inside but I rarely do go back. read more

I had a horrible experience at the Diesel store at Lenox Square in Buckhead. On what was supposed to be a very happy day, my birthday, I went to Diesel to purchase a pair of jeans using a $200 gift certificate that my sister had given me as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple and enjoyable shopping experience turned into an extremely frustrating ordeal. Apparently, Diesel has serious issues processing purchases using its own gift certificates--gift certificates that the company itself sells and issues. I spent more than an hour trying to complete a purchase that should have taken just a few minutes. It became so frustrating that I eventually had to spend time on the phone with Customer Service, where I ended up extremely upset and yelling just to get the situation resolved. I want to make it clear that the employees at the Lenox Square store were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They did everything they could to assist me, and without their kindness and persistence, I probably would have walked away without making the purchase at all. The problem is with Diesel's gift certificate system and, more importantly, the lack of an efficient solution when something goes wrong. A customer should never have to spend over an hour trying to use a $200 gift certificate issued by the company itself. What started as a happy birthday shopping experience ended up being bitter, stressful, and extremely disappointing. One of the few "" quality brands that do not stand behind their product. I purchased a pair of jeans for $260 here just over a year ago. 16 days after the so-called one year purchase protection period, they ripped. A good pair of jeans should last anywhere from 5 to 15 years depending on use and care. I contacted diesel, and they asked me to send photos, and I obliged. They asked for the date of purchase. They said there was nothing that they could do since it had been over a year. If you're spending $300 to $800 apiece for clothing, you might as well buy something quality. read more

Good selection and great product. The quality I've never had any issues with (as expected with prices). Love the style/vibe Diesel offers, but the service at this location is not the best. Shopped with them plenty but in this location it lacks passion and inspiration. It's upsetting because I hate to shop at a place like that but the brand itself is great. read more

On 06/02/2023 at around 12:15PM. The three or four sales associates inside of the store had absolutely no customer service. Me and two of my friends walked into the store hoping to find something for our quick trip but left after being in the store for about 5 minutes and had not one of them great us or try to help. Their attitudes were disgusting. I would never spend my money in a place like this! Please hire people who actually love what they do. read more

Why you are reading reviews of a Jeans store surely beats my imagination...why I am writing a review of a random jeans shop is even more mind boggling. Since I've already started and it's too many steps to exist and delete a draft in Yelp, I'll tell you about my experiences. The folks working here are great and give some legit advice. They don't seem well trained to acknowledge customers who enter while they are busy themselves. Given the number of staff, that can result in disastrous customer service interactions and also theft. I will admit though, I didn't have to wait long to get help and they were extremely helpful. Jeans wise, they are great. Keep in mind the jeans do expand after washing, so buy something that's a little tighter than you need. They do run some great sales sometimes, so try to find something you like while those are going on. read more

The guys and gal I have met working here are always the nicest and very outgoing. They come across as accepting of everyone from diverse walks of life and this mall. It's located on the top floor, kiddy corner to the Godiva store. Always a great selection and they have a bigger selection of their great jeans - bigger then Macy's. Stop in and check it out along with the hip music and eclectic seating. read more

It kills me to give this place this review. I always say, judge a place for what it does well: not for what it doesnt specialize in. Well, I've never thought about it in reverse: What if I'm at a place that I dont really like in the way of a bar and only went to because my buddies dragged me there, I order the burger in a drunken state, and it happens to taste like heaven inbetween buns? That is exactly the dilemma I have with Diesel, and I went back sober just to confirm the excellence. I don't dig the vibe of the bar or the tool's that attend the bar. I do dig the burger. I dig the burger & fries so much that I'm willing to call it the best in Atlanta, with no true competition. Yea, I've been to both Vortexs, the Earl, and all your other favorites. I like them too, but I had been waiting to really find a great one. Diesel's burger is the real deal. You should check it out, and get it with: tomato goat cheese (a must), cheddar, schrooms, and bacon. read more

I come to this store for one purpose only to look at what they have, take the UPC and go buy them at Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom. One thing I don't like is when stores have this philosophy that "all sales are final" I hate that. I am a shopper and a lot of times I buy things on impulse and when I get home they don't look as good as when I tried them in the store. So, I want to take them back. This store has a really crappy return policy. I also don't much care for their customer service. This is why boutique stores fail. A lot of the associates don't know much about fit or measurements on their shirts. Things that associates at big department stores can recite on command. Diesel better bet glad big stores carry their brand because their boutique style stores are not very pleasant. read more

A temple to denim. I had never worn jeans that are so flattering or that I feel a religious devovtion to before I tried on a pair of Diesels. A really creative, hip company that's comes up with some really interesting pieces, including some really great footwear. Also love the swimwear and the messenger bags. Service is always top notch. Service is definitely lacking in this store. I had 3 sales people walk past me and no one offered to help even though I was clearly struggling through stacks of jeans. The layout of the store is also very confusing. I couldn't tell the men's section from the women's section. All the more reason they should offer to help their customers. I eventually got tired of waiting around for someone to help me, so I went to Metropark to buy some new denim instead. read more
