We have consulted with 3 other companies explaining that this is a result of putting our new floor over an existing surface. So, now both floors will need to be removed before a new can be installed properly. After posting this review Zack Coleman decided to address the situation not with me, but with my husband and assumed a tattle tale position. He also called my Husband a liar, stating a conversation never took place regarding us paying another 3k to install a new floor. This unprofessionalism will not be tolerated and I'm moving on to the BBB with an additional review. The company cares only about the star rating and not about the sh$t job floor sitting in my house. Zack you should be ashamed of your professional ethics and others should know how you conduct business before choosing to spend their money on this ridiculousness. Zack entered into a third grade level spat with me only after he saw my review. Who does this guy think he is? Again...they lied... All of our flooring was purchased through Coleman's flooring and they have made zero attempt to take financial responsibility for their mistake, Zack continues to spin this very inaccurate and unfortunate story in his favor. Wish me the best?! As if we'd let you near our home....laughable, I will be posting a copy of my sales receipt and invoice showing all materials were purchased through and from Coleman's flooring, clearly they have multiple people with issues telling the truth at this company, we did not buy our flooring from another retailer as stated. The continued defense and attempt at deflection in regards to both the professional interaction and personal one will be met with push back at every turn both in this forum and in an escalated one, I have zero intention of keeping this as an internet squabble. You are wrong, and the floor is wrong, and Coleman's lied continually about the specifics. The proof is in the pictures. Feel free to show your a$$ some more, I'll gladly match your energy. Hopefully perspective clientele see what they could be subjected to. We have received several new estimates and evaluations, those contractors are also aware of who put the floor in and what has transpired. These people think this is the country club, and it's not. He was very knowledgeable and very patient and answered all of our questions. We ordered at 3 different times and each time when the order came in he notified us and let us know the soonest we could have them installed. He is also the installer and did a great job each time. This company is awful and the owner Maury is a rude, nasty man. The knowingly SEVERED our line…read morewhile doing some work for our neighbor and when we called them, not aware yet, they had notes of this and still charged us for a scope then after many questions admitted that they cut our line, asked us to pay for the work as Maury doesn't want to "eat the price". We said hell no and when asked for a refund for the scoping since this wasn't our fault, he lied and threatened to charge us for the neighbors work and said we caused some of it. It was a break in a 90+ year old pipe which is at fault of no one. Said it's a small price we have to pay, never once did Maury apologize for the mistake, call us, explain anything or come to our door. We also are told that he had to have permission to cut a line and a permit. which he would not have gotten as our line would have been deemed in use. He was going to make us sit with human waste in our basement where my kids have rooms, for a week and turned his phone off when we called to see that we get moved up as NONE of this was our fault and we were left in the dark. His manger got us on the schedule a day earlier which is the only reason I'd give less than half a star if this website didn't make me. We requested an upgraded system with higher efficiency which cost more than the cheapest system because energy efficiency is important to us. Dave was on time for his appointment, organized and thorough in looking over our existing system and the layout of our home, vents and returns. He also suggested we increase the size of our AC even before I mentioned that on really hot summer days it would get up to 80* with the AC constantly running. He matched one aspect of another company's offer. He explained his proposal welll and we ultimately went with Gibson. The installers were very efficient and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was connected via the manufacturer's app and that I understood how to operate the system. Dave and the two installers displayed professionalism throughout.
