SL Construction was amazing to work with. Bob Hobbs came over and was very professional and nice. He was able to provide me with a quote in less than 24 hours that beat all the other competitors. I was scheduled to have the roof done on Thursday; however, SL Construction was able to get me in a week earlier. The crew arrived at 7 am sharp and only took them 10 hours to complete the project. They did shingles in the front of the house and flintlastic in the back. The color of the shingles flowed smoothly with the color of flintlastic. The crew cleaned up very nice, leaving no mess or nails. Steve Lengacher and Bob Hobbs were quick to respond when I had questions. They even called afterward to make sure I was satisfied. When we moved to Fort Wayne in 2022 we had bought a house with cash and it needed a bit of work both on the inside and out. We had used most of the remaining money to renovate the inside of the house. However, we did not have the money to do the exterior and you can see that it needed quite a bit of work. The front awning was sagging, there was a crappy metal awning on the side of the house and we had single pane windows and the doors were substandard. Along with the problems with the sun room we had had it and decided to get a mortgage and get some work done. We had priced people after people and were quoted 80k, 90k and more. When we contacted SL Construction one of his representatives came out and gave us a quote that was a lot less than their competitors and we went with them. Immediately I wasn't disappointed as the roof was put on in October and it was done in one day, later on the rest of the house was done in around two to three weeks. That was with windows, doors, siding, gutters and a complete renovation of the sun room including a bay window and french doors.
