We had them installed today 11-8-2024. There was a crew of 4 that installed the windows, it took them about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. There was a bit of miscommunication about a window sill, the outside of one of them ended up being replaced. The crew didn't clean up any of the saw dust or wood chips from removing the old windows. Edit: 1/18/2025. We decided to paint the inside of our house, walls, doors entryways, windows etc. The caulking that Honey Badger used is NOT PAINTABLE. Which is a real bummer. Wish they used paintable caulk. When painting the paint just beads up and shrinks on the caulk. Therefore after painting, you have to wipe off the paint from the caulk because it doesn't dry at all.

She always follows up and was able to get the exact glass I wanted. They worked with the insurance and I did not have to pay a single dollar. Matt, who was the technician who repaired my glass is probably the nicest glass technician I have met. He came out and reviewed the damages. Also did a throw evaluation of the condition of the car. This shows that they pay attention to detail. I recently took my car out after two days of it sitting in the garage to make sure that the glue had set even though it's likely not necessary. The glass itself looks brand new and the workmanship without any damage. I don't think you can ask for more. Unfortunately, all the hardware stores now have adopted this type of technology without really getting the consent of their consumers. Other than that often when I come here, the prices are average at best unless there's a sale on an item. That's the main downside of shopping at this large box store.
