He was very kind and addressed all of our concerns. Our roof was damaged by a bad storm here and had to have trees removed from our house first. THAT experience was a nightmare !!! First problem - first heavy rain started coming in the LR! The worker 'forgot' to caulk the skylight?!?!! The next year my son is up there cleaning off the roof of leaves and such and finds a 12 inch cut in the middle of one of the rolls of shingle material! This was cut from a knife - clean, not a branch hitting the roof or anything. I call the owner out who 'patches' it and tells me they will come back and repair it properly after the winter. Fine. I hired Craig Smith/Rock Gutters Home Services to replace my gutters and downspouts, replace the…read morefascia on the rear gable of my home and to replace and paint a 23" x 26" area of worn shake on the front of my home. I gave the 1 star bc his workers were cordial and worked hard. Craig came by at the end of the day to collect payment. We discussed that there were 3 things left to be done, secure one piece of fascia, attach one of the elbows to one of the downspouts and finish painting the replaced shake. 30 minutes worth of work at max. Craig said that they would be by in the morning to finish the job. I paid him because I could not imagine that a business person would risk their personal and business reputation over 30 minutes worth of work. After not seeing or hearing from him the next day, I texted him and he responded that they would be there the following Monday. Monday came and went. I waited until Wednesday to call. He did not answer so I left a message. No response. I called or texted for 2 weeks. He has never responded and the work is still not done. There are many reputable gutter companies out there. I would strongly recommend a different company but if you choose to use Craig Smith/Rock Gutters Home Services DO NOT issue payment until the job is complete. Check very carefully because he will not be back to finish the job if he gets his money.

Started calling again in 2018 for another replacement as same thing occurred. Called at least 10 times to no avail. Got tired of their non-responsiveness and had the LeafFilters removed. We have been in our house for 40 years and in the 10 years since have the LeafFilters installed we have had 2 ice dams with interior damage each time with over $10,000.00 damage the last time. Prior to having the LeafFilters installed we did not have any problems. So I finally hear back last week and was told because we had the product removed we voided the warranty. The only reason we had them removed was due to their lack of responsiveness and to prevent any further damage.
