His advice to me the last time I spoke to him was to "just buy a bigger bra" which obviously shows his total disregard for my feelings. I'm sure he's great with augmentation but not reduction or lift. None of the 3 believe the lift was adequate nor did they agree with his opinion that there wasn't enough to reduce. The fact is, with this particular case, he failed. It happens, we're all human but then failing to provide compensatory relief and refusing to issue a refund is unforgivable. Obviously if he failed, I am not going to give him another chance.

I called several places around the triangle and couldn't get an appointment for a crush wound on my foot from a construction injury. I had an infection and the wound would not close. Couldn't wear anything but an unlaced boot and had constant pain and redness. Was mismanaged in emergency and urgent care. So lucky to find this place through an internet search and got a next day appointment. Reception and assistant who got me set up were very friendly and calming. Harry Kurtz was in to see me soon and told me I had a patch of necrotic tissue that needed to be removed. The assistant had already numbed me with ointment in anticipation but didn't scare me by saying it would happen ("just in case"). Told them I am very pain intolerant and Dr Kurtz was very slow with the anesthesia needle around my wound. Minimized pain and kept me talking. Asked me if I was okay repeatedly. Asked me if I wanted to have steps explained or not or see it or not. After cutting off the necrotic skin and tissue, he found a large hematoma and cleaned that out. Super communicative and compassionate care. Gave me a lot of details about the injury, why I'm not healed after 3 weeks, and how to care for it now. Walked out with numb just starting to wear off and a slight sting but within hours I was already feeling better than before. The clean out must have removed a lot of pressure. Have not changed the bandage yet but it feels a lot better under there. Hopeful to finally get rid of this wound thanks to Harry Kurtz and team. Hope I never have to be back but will go here first if I end up wounded again. Could not reccomend this place more.

Jennifer was very good about getting me scheduled and they offer 10% military discount. I was able to get the results I wanted to tattoo over it. I also asked them to remove one on my wrist. However, the last session, they had the frequency too high for my complexion and now I'm stuck with a white outline of what the tattoo was... so if you have darker complexion beware. She told me of could come back after 6 months... it's been several years and nope. So it's great for lightening work to tattoo over ... or if you have zero pigment.
