Always on the lookout for great N/A I ordered the house-made ginger beer. SO GOOD! Anyway, appetizers - We had: Patatas Bravas - yummy fingerling potatos Mushroom Tartine - this is PHENOMENAL, their amazing sourdough bread topped with mushrooms, goat cheese and herbs. Now mind you, it comes with 3 servings, and with four of us, well it was hard to split up. I wish we wouldve asked if they could do 4 pieces for incremental charge. I loved it so much if I come back this might even be my entree. Roasted Eggplant - omg, with spiced yogurt and pomegranate seeds, what an amazing taste combination! Braised Cabbage, in a curry broth, this was inhaled as well. While the others ordered the various pizzas, I had the Flame and Field Steak Salad, 6oz sirloin on radicchio salad with an amazing blue cheese dressing and lots of other stuff. My steak was PERFECTLY cooked to med rare and seasoned. And i'll mention, they dont put any salt/pepper on the table here, and they dont need to :) Service was on the ball, kind respectful and informative. The ambiance is very, well, TERRA. Lol. Look up on the wall, terracotta pots, lol. For excellent gourmet food, much of it vegan and glutenfree, prices were super reasonable. I'll come back here pronto next time I'm in town.

The staff are very sweet and mellow, which is nice in the morning. The market is nice, decently priced, full of artisan gifts and trinkets, some hygiene supplies if you need them, and great grab and go snacks; a few highlights of the variety of options include Rogue CBD water (hard to find!), Justin's nut butter treats, Honey Mama truffle bars, pints of local ice cream (including one vegan flavor), and Kettle Chips in some of the best flavors! They also sell beer, wine, and cider, if that's your thing. This morning I got coffee elsewhere but had the Broken Top breakfast burrito in a GF wrap in the cafe and it was fabulous. I forgot to take a photo of the burrito until halfway through the other half of this thing but snagged one of the other side. Tomorrow I plan to try the coffee, smoothie, and breakfast sandwich on GF bread and will update! UPDATE: the sandwich and coffee are delicious! Not pictured is the blueberry basil smoothie. So we went. Upon entering we were immediately seated with menu's in hand. So far, so good right? Our waiter served us chips and salsa and took our drink orders. I had a standard Margarita and daughter just water. Waiter was pleasant but had zero personality IMHO? C&S were good. I had 2 Flautas with Rice and Refried Beans. Daughter chose a Chili Relleno Rice and Beans. Ok...back to the Margarita. Weird taste and honestly I question if there was any tequila in it? Hmmmm?. Food arrived shortly after. It looked so good and beautifully presented. I appreciate great plating! Upon digging in I was rather disappointed. It was very bland. Not bad, but very lackluster. Note: Rice and Beans were delicious. Daughter's Relleno? Looked amazing but the Poblano Pepper was not even close to being done. Therefore the cheese was not even melted inside? Not to mention there was hardly any sauce on it? The inside of the restaurant looks more like a cute breakfast place with little to no Mexican decor. I'll go back, but order maybe Enchiladas and see how those are?

Being a local I've never thought to try the EBarGrill until today and let me tell you I 100% regret going here. I ordered the Mexican Omelet that was nothing near what was described while my fie ordered what they think is biscuits & gravy. Up to this point I was like ok, maybe next time we try something else. My omelet was attractive enough but it had no salsa in it or on the side. They gave me a little cup of ketchup in place of the salsa! I finally got our servers attention (Mind you were one of 3 tables and 2 servers) She gives me an annoying look as if I was inconveniencing her! I say there is no salsa and you gave me ketchup on the side and I'd like the thing as I ordered it from the menu. She never brings it, 20 minutes later I can't eat anymore of this food ... there is hardly any meat in it, and what is there has been so reheated that it barely constitutes being called hamburger, you know the cheapest meat in the beef family ... and again, no salsa as it is described in the description. Then to add to the insult, our waitress didn't come back to the table to ask if we needed anything, let alone refills on our drinks. She couldn't even to bring the bill at the end, she saw me go to the register and everything, and only by chance was my wife able to wave her down. In the end the staff was without remorse for the worst service I've ever had in Redmond, let alone the entire state of Oregon. Bad food, bad service but apparently most people don't notice it because they offer a complete Bar selection from the time they open until closing so that might bring light to the comments on great this place is ... impaired eaters :P

We really don't mind waiting for our food! However, our experience today left a bummer taste in our mouth regarding the service. We ordered three meals (salad, fries, burger, fajita bowl) and were waiting patiently when a group of two sat down well after we ordered. One of the line cooks literally came out of the kitchen, took their order directly, went back, made their food, and brought it out to them. They were very clearly friends or family of the employee. While I totally get wanting to take care of your people, their food came out 10-15 minutes before ours did. Using your position in the kitchen to completely skip the line and delay paying customers who ordered ahead of time just isn't right. We don't mind a wait, but we do mind blatant favoritism disrupting the ticket flow. Otherwise, our was really attentive, and the food was delicious.
