Being one of the few a Authorized dealers in area, this dealership gives you that peace of mind,…read morelet alone the lowest financing vs non dealership places. Kevin, helped me in every way purchasing my first golf cart, and it came out perfect in the look i was trying to achieve. I wanted to do some stuff myself and he assisted in any technical question I had as well. I have since become friends and very happy I stopped in. Thanks Palmetto Kustom Karts

***BUYER BEWARE*** I purchased a golf cart and specifically asked if the batteries were new. I was…read moretold everything on the cart was "re-done" and new. I immediately had problems and contacted them. They just kept telling me other things I needed to buy. Finally, feeling desperate, I called the manufacturer of the batteries and they told me how to find the date stamp. Turns out, the batteries I was told were "new" were five years old and had no life left in them when I purchased them. I spoke to the owner, Kevin Stillinger, (respectfully giving him the opportunity to "right this wrong") and he refused unless I paid $150 for him to pick up the cart, another $150 to bring it back and then pay for whatever they diagnose the problem to be. I have opened a complaint with the South Carolina Better Business Bureau for unethical business dealings. Palmetto Kustom Kartz saw me as an "easy target" because I am a woman, they lied to me about the batteries, and didn't like that I called the manufacturer to find out the truth. This business practices fraudulent dealings and refuses to stand by their employees word. #CORRUPT.

I had such a great experience today buying a car for the first time. I found a 2014 Corolla online…read morefor an amazing price that was a manager special. I showed up after right the dealership opened and was greeted by Baron. He was extremely friendly and funny and put no pressure on me to buy anything other than what I was looking at. He made the trade in process painless. The appraiser looked over my car and had a number for us while I was test driving the new car. The finance manager, Jason, was great. He and my husband have similar hobbies to him so it made for a great ice breaker and made an otherwise tense process anything but. I was out in a little over 2 hours.

I took my vehicle to DSN for evaluation of several lights that had come on in my vehicle. We were…read moretold to bring the vehicle in at 8 am July 14th and they would run diagnostics on the vehicle and let us know the issue. We had already showed them which lights were going on and off along with a speedometer issue, and giving all of the fault codes showing. We were told it would take a few hours and they would let us know. We called at 430pm that day to see what they decided was wrong with the vehicle. We were told that no one had looked at it yet, that it would be the next day instead. On July 15 we were called and told that the issue was sensors. These are the same sensors they had told us a year ago were an issue with a different set of codes and light combination. We had already replaced those sensors. We did not have DSN replace them because they wanted $1300 for parts and labor that we could have done for less than $500. We told them the sensors had already been replaced and that was not the issue. They stated the sensors had gone bad and that they needed to be replaced. We finally agreed to let them replace the sensors, but they then let us know they had to order the parts and it would be at least the 16th before my vehicle would be ready. Late the afternoon of the 16th we received a call to let us know that the sensors had been replaced, but the lights were still coming on. Now they believed the problem to be ABS actuator that needed to be replaced and parts and labor would be at least $1400. They already had us for sensor replacement that had not been needed for $1300. So now they are wanting $2700 to repair the vehicle and they can't guarantee it will be fixed. After much discussion we did finally get them to admit that the sensors had been fine. That one had a lower voltage than usual but that they had not been the problem. However they would not put our original ones back on and that we still owed them for the $1300 unnecessary repair they had already completed. They said they would have to order the other part that was needed and it would be at least 3-5 business days before that part would be received and it was a refurbished part because Nissan no longer makes that part. They were told to put my vehicle back together and I would come and pick it up on Friday morning. On Friday morning I argued again that I should not have to pay for a repair that wasn't necessary, but I wasn't allowed to have my vehicle back until the bill was repaid and they would give me a $150 discount. This discount basically covered the taxes and credit card fees that they pass on to the customer when you pay with your card. I paid the bill so I could have my vehicle back. I did not get the original parts back, I can't even confirm that they actually replaced the sensors that they say they did. I did however order the exact same part that they told me needed to be replaced for $350 and we replaced it ourselves. Magically all the lights are gone, all the codes are cleared and the vehicle is working as it should. So no I would never recommend DSN to anyone. I am out over $1300 for repairs I am not sure they did, can not prove they did, but they did admit were not needed.
