Mind you, I have been on the same meds with the same dosage FOR YEARS. Second, my recent follow up appointment was canceled by the Dr office! Then the next appointment was during hurricane and canceled! Meanwhile, the pharmacy sent the request TWO WEEKS ago, no contact from the Dr office whatsoever stating there was any kind of issue! I was told they would send over a temporary supply only if I scheduled an appointment right that second. This office is horrible to deal, no patient focus whatsoever. Today was the last straw when I showed up for my annual appointment only to be told that I was five days early compared to last year, so I'd have to reschedule. Yup, don't check or tell people that when they call to make the appointment, let them waste their morning instead. I have been very patient with past administrative mistakes, but this level of carelessness is too much.
