Although I realize it's commonly a hassle to get your car out of an impound, these guys are on a whole different level ... WORST customer service I have ever received anywhere. The driver SEAN was incredibly rude and unhelpful and in fact, I'm quite confident is also a complete crook. I could go on and on about all the things that were wrong, but I will provide a few ... 1. When we called to see how much the "storage fee" was per day, we were quoted HALF of what they actually charged us when we got there. Well, that's convenient isn't it? 2. The day we went to pick up the car, I called to see what our balance was so we would be prepared. Sean answered while driving and told me he couldn't give me a quote because he wasn't in the office. When I asked if I could speak with someone in the office, the answer was simply "no" and he hung up. 3. When we finally got there 40 min before the office closed, we informed them that if the AAA driver wasn't there before they closed that we would be pushing our car out of their lot ... to which we were told we wouldn't be able to because our battery was stolen and wouldn't be able to put the car in neutral. Wrong! AAA guy got there and had no problem doing so (neither did we when we needed to push the car out of our driveway the next day). Could it be that they wanted our car stuck in their lot so they could charge us for another day ($45)??? Hmmmm ... As I said, there are plenty of other things I could point out, but the important thing is that we left there feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. It was that icky feeling when you just know you've been swindled. I'd hate for anyone else to have to go through what we did. Especially after someone had stolen our car and ripped the battery out! We didn't have a choice in the matter, but if you are looking for a reliable, friendly, fair towing company, SNO ISLE Towing is not it.

I put my truck in to have the windshield wipers fixed which I assumed was the motor. It took them 3…read moredays to diagnose it and that was after telling me a specific date to come in. When I went to pick up the truck because it took so long they gave me an estimate of $800 to fix the windshield wipers motor and linkage. To fix the motor they estimated 500 plus and that was after they took off the $186 they charge me to diagnose the issue. I took it in to get the windshield wipers fixed. When I went to pick it up they charged me $186 to diagnose not only the windshield wiper issue but they chose on their own to also check my brakes and something else. I did not give them permission or request to have them do this. I would not have objected to maybe $100 even though my friend diagnosed it was the windshield wiper motor simply by turning on the ignition and he heard no clicking or something like that which meant there was no power going to the box. They said they checked the wiring and the fuse even taking that into consideration I don't see where it would cost $186 for that amount of time. My main complaint is they went beyond what I asked them to do they did not quote how much it would cost to diagnose this and I've heard this from other people that they go in to have something done and they charge for diagnosing things that weren't asked for. So basically I would just warn people if you're going to take your car or truck in you should ask them what it would cost to diagnose it. In addition I had had my brakes just fixed the month before so there was no reason to diagnose it. It cost me $800 to have my brakes done they quoted me 1800. This was just for the rear brakes.

I had a recent oil change service at Advanced Automotive. I waited for my car as this is " an oil…read morechange". Upon leaving my check engine light came on so I returned. I was told to leave the car which I did so they could diagnose this. Hours later upon return they stated that the check engine scan did show codes. They found the code and upon checking etc , cleared the code. This car is kept in my garage for years as it is a small car. I don't drive it as much and not in the rain. I use a larger car for the traffic congestion now current here. It appears that while it was a sunny day the " test drive" amounted to an additional "46" miles upon the odometer out reading. Obviously, it was used for a "joy" ride. I was not happy as I don't add miles on this car. The city of Stanwood is not that large. I called them about this and the front office response was " that there must be something wrong with the odometer in the car". Really? No, this is not the case I replied. The numbers are on the receipt! I will not return for any work there as I cannot trust them. It appears that Lies and Excuses are so prevalent in our society these days.

After a horrible experience with Allstate Motor Club that started at 8:30am and continued until…read moreabout 7:30pm, Cory saved the day. We bought an '81 Toyota Pickup to rebuild, but we needed to get it towed about 56 miles. Allstate kept confirming with us, but none of the towing companies were showing up, nor did they have a record. Allstate started calling around and C&C was the only towing company who was willing to do the job because it was so late. I will probably cancel my Allstate plan after my experience and just call Cory next time. Super professional and got us our new baby in one piece, in a bit of a snowstorm no less! Absolutely recommend!

Trev's Towing went above and beyond!…read more My son called me in the middle of the night after his battery died while he was stopped at Tom Thumb. We tried jumping it ourselves, and even an employee from the store came out to help, but nothing worked. Then Trev showed up like an angel. Not only did he get the car started, but he refused to charge us a dime. Who does that anymore?! In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, Trev reminded us that there are still genuinely good people out there. Thank you, Trev! You truly are an angel.
