Trev's Towing went above and beyond!…read more My son called me in the middle of the night after his battery died while he was stopped at Tom Thumb. We tried jumping it ourselves, and even an employee from the store came out to help, but nothing worked. Then Trev showed up like an angel. Not only did he get the car started, but he refused to charge us a dime. Who does that anymore?! In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, Trev reminded us that there are still genuinely good people out there. Thank you, Trev! You truly are an angel. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping my son when he needed it most. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

I scheduled with Trev ~2weeks out, they showed up on time and were super careful pulling my car (Not Running) out of the garage...and since it was lowered, Hardy had to use a soft tow strap to make things work. Super impressed with Hardy, very professional and obviously very experienced. I hope I don't have to tow anything any time soon but, if I do, I will definitely be using Trev's company! Great experience all the way around. Thanks guys for getting my car down to Puyallup safely!

Thank goodness I wasn't following closely or there wasn't someone traveling in the opposite lane. This most certainly would have caused a serious accident or fatality. When the driver was approached on what had happened, his response was " I realized it when it hit" When I said you could of killed someone his response was, "Ok B@*$%, What do you want me to do about it B@*$%" . Congrats on hiring a stand up individual to represent your company name. When I called the office basically the same response was received. Safety is obviously NOT something they care about. They need to train their drivers to check for objects that could cause a accident on their vehicles and the vehicles they are transporting. Defiantly not the response expected from a long standing company in our community.

After calling several tow companies that afternoon we were frustrated with many vague answers on service and/or price. Finally we called Ron May Towing. We reached Lisa with their answering service. She obviously was on top of her game, asking the right questions and making good quality suggestions. She determined that we needed the special service of a "relocate" on same property. As it was not an emergency situation she advised us to call at 8 am Monday morning to get a quote from one of their relocate specialists. We called Monday morning and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Ashley of Ron May Towing gave us a solid quote and within an hour Erin showed up to move the pickup. He was very professional, backing his rig through the side gate, snatching up the vintage pickup and maneuvering it into the garage stall with great skill. The whole job completed in less than 45 minutes. I recommend Ron May Towing for their excellent service at a fair price.
