I never thought I'd be writing a review for a towing company. Probably because usually the only memory is if you were pleased with the wait time. Like I cannot recall a single interaction I've ever had with the actual person who towed my car. ENTER UBALDO. I would trust this man with my life. AAA routed Vaqueros towing to our truck so it was luck of the draw but if you don't have roadside assistance and need to use a towing company, you can just stop reading honestly and call Vaqueros. I promise. Ubaldo showed up within the window, even during Covid. He got out of his truck and idk how to describe him in another way but major Santa Claus energy. This man is quite possibly the jolliest person on earth, or at least Bothell. Literally put me at ease the moment we met. He's cheerful and empathetic and got our Ram 1500 on the towing bed (idk if thats what it's called but I know my bf was happy to see it wasn't the kind where your car rolls on its back wheels) in minutes. He waved us goodbye and then called me after he dropped our truck off at the body shop to let me know the keys were handed off. Absolute 5 star customer service. The communication, the personality, the follow up. A true king. He is the perfect person to have when dealing with a stressful situation. Kudos to Vaqueros Towing! I needed our low ground clearance car transported to a local tire shop to get a couple flat tires replaced. It lost even more clearance with the location of the flats. I did not want it towed behind their truck; I insisted it go on a flatbed, but getting it up on it was tricky due to #shoutout Kudos to Vaqueros Towing. The manager of the tire shop was impressed with the delivery - says he sees cars get scraped up all the time due to carelessness of other towing companies. Mind you, I was literally on the ground watching the process like a hawk & providing feedback, but the driver was very professional, mindful and courteous. Ace work I highly recommend and would use them again if I find myself again in this spot - tho fingers crossed I won't have to. It really seems odd to be rating a towing company, but I feel it is the right thing to do. Whenever I have been in an unfortunate position of needing in my car, vaqueros has been there. They are always within the time slot they quote me, and they are extremely courteous and pleasant in person. Honestly, it seems like a company the employees are happy to be working for which says a lot. Bottom line is this. I recently sold one of my cars to a company in Florida called Junk Car Zone, owned by a parent company named Brother Car Buyers. That company vended their towing services out to a larger national towing company called Copart up in Arlington. Copart contracted their towing services with a local towing company called Vaqueros to come pick up my car here in Bellevue. With so many loopholes to jump through, I was slightly nervous about the entire situation. I was specific about the time frame I would be available to have the car picked up for particular reasons- I had read of many occurrences where people selling their cars to companies that would say they'd show up at a certain time, but showed up half a day later or didn't show up at all....But more importantly I just didn't want to have to take two days off from work to get this situated. At exactly 8 AM, Mauricio from Vaqueros came to my apartment and picked up my car without any hassle. Mauricio was so cordial, and did everything asked to make this a smooth process. I waited nearly 2 hours for this rude man to finally show up. When he arrived I went to speak with him and he told me to move so he could photo my car. He was going to pull my car on backwards which is bad if it's a front wheel drive and when I tried to show it to him in my service manual he told me I wasn't really reading it. I told him fine if you mess up my tranny you can pay for it and he told me he was leaving. I told him good and called aaa back and got a tow truck operator who knew how to do his job correctly and has great customer service skills. The first guy should take lessons in manners and treating people with respect. read more

We had to call AAA because the control arm went out on our lifted truck while driving on the 405. The gentleman that towed our truck was kind, and professional.
