I get it, the shop was closed even though multiple sources online said it was still open. I get it, we filled out the rental form and received a text message from Peak that, like the sign on their door said to wait in our car and they would be out shortly, and somehow we should have known that even though there was a person inside and the lights were on, nobody was ever going to come help us. The process is broken, that's fine. But what did we get when we finally got the storekeeper's attention? Not an apology or acknowledgement of the misunderstanding caused by these inconsistent sources of information, but a sneering little man mocking and waving condescendingly at me and my kid in the parking lot. I'm actually glad they were closed; we dodged that bullet of renting from a company who employs such a jerk. I'd rather pay twice as much elsewhere than support this kind of business.

It's very expensive, but then everything in the Mall is. I was in a bad mood because my reason for coming to this Mall - the bubble tea stand - was closed down. But we still had fun shopping. Or I should say, they had fun shopping and I tolerated it. Champs is a pretty cool store and I still wear my shirt fairly regularly.

The ones…read morethat i wanted they only had only one in my size, which was the one on display. i noticed that the bottom of the shoe looked like it had been worn before but i figured just from ppl also trying it on. i ended up buying them and when i got home and took a closer look at them, there were gouges out of the midsoles that were fairly deep, not like they just scraped it up against something, but chunks were out, this was on both of the shoes. the shoes were also supposed to be white but there were spots that obviously had stains and weren't correct that i could see at home better than i could at the store. they charged full price for the shoes when they were not worth the almost 200 dollars i spent there.

I didn't think I was asking outlandish questions, but you would have thought I was asking her for a million dollars and to help me tow an elephant because anything I asked got a snarky or very short response. (and it was questions like "do you know if you have any sales coming up" and "can you check to see if this can be ordered in a different size" The one other down side is that their prices seem to have gone up dramatically. It's unacceptable to read my email that shows a pick-up is ready for a specific date and then, TWO DAYS before my pick up date, my order(s) is cancelled and out back in stock. Why? This happened twice in three weeks. Tonight, I phoned the local store where boots are shipped to and clerk confirmed boots were/weren't ready for pick up and then I phoned 1-888 line to re-confirm the order(s) were shipped to local store and the automated system confirmed the boots WERE AT LOCAL STORE! Why all the confusing information?
