Old Navy is not a store where I frequently shop, but I occasionally stop by to see what clothing styles are being offered. This particular Old Navy store is in Westmoreland Mall. As I browsed the racks and shelves of the store, I saw some styles of women's clothing that I liked, but they were mostly out of my size. I would not want to pay the regular prices, but the sale prices were OK. The employees did not greet much, but overall they did their jobs.

One time I was there I had to search for someone to help me out. Like I walked through and saw no sales associate. She was in the dressing room helping someone, but it seems crazy there was no one in the main store. Another time I shopped there I got a lot of attitude from the sales associate. I didn't think I was asking outlandish questions, but you would have thought I was asking her for a million dollars and to help me tow an elephant because anything I asked got a snarky or very short response. (and it was questions like "do you know if you have any sales coming up" and "can you check to see if this can be ordered in a different size" The one other down side is that their prices seem to have gone up dramatically. Never shop there when there isn't a sale because their clothes aren't worth the full price they are marked at.

An employee greeted me and told me about their sale. I decided to buy a shirt that was half-off for a total of $20. At the checkout counter, I had only a short wait for an employee to serve me. She accurately processed my transaction and thanked me. At home, I tried on the shirt. The fit is slightly boxy and baggy, but I really like the color.

No tissue paper wrapped around my clothes, no asking if I wanted the hangers although she had handed a bunch to previous customer, no asking if I wanted the receipt to hold or in the bag. This store had departments for women, men, girls, boys, bedding, bath, kitchen and dining, home decor, furniture, jewelry, mattresses, beauty products, salon, etcetera. I browsed mostly their women's clothing and home goods. I found a nice shirt on clearance for $5. A great deal! At the checkout counter, a few customers were ahead of me in line, so I had to wait many minutes. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase, and she spoke nicely with me.

My husband for years has really liked their thick leather belts and their comfortable underwear, and more recently he has started to buy their shirts and bottoms. I really like their shirts. These products are so durable that they last for many years without getting holes, torn threads, or other damage. The prices are moderate and are reasonable for the high quality. During our past visits to this store, employees spoke nicely with us, offered assistance, did not pressure us to buy anything, and promptly and accurately rang up our purchases. Most recently my husband bought two pairs of shorts that cost only a total of $59.

It was great for keeping his frequently used tools organized and within easy reach. At that time, the items were geared for people working in the outdoors. Think of being outside working construction in Duluth, Minnesota during winter and the need for heavy duty work clothes and accessories. This store is about an hour drive from my home, but was worth the trip to do some Christmas shopping. The building is behind the Robinson Town Mall, but easily found. The store is well lit and everything is attractively displayed and organized. The prices are on the high side, but I can say that what I have purchased from this company has lasted. The underwear is famous for comfort and always good for husband's Christmas stocking. As for me, I picked two of the long no-tug t-shirts for hubs to wrap up and give to me. I usually order online but a trip here was a great way to get things off my gift list. Sales staff were very friendly, except for one cashier who was impatient with how people lined up to checkout. She reminded me of the soup-nazi from Seinfeld. Lol, she'll probably be much nicer after Christmas .
