My husband and I alerted management who said footage of the store could only be released by request of mall security. We then alerted mall security who said they were not able to review the video. The store then promised to call if they found anything. Two days later, security called with information that the store stated there was no evidence on the video. We called the store back, and they were oblivious to the footage request. The manager finally found the employee who had spoken with us, but they stated the phone was not seen in the footage and neither were we. When asked what quadrant of the store they searched, they stated it was the back left. We were in the front left. The manager never followed up even after a police report. Unfortunately, the only individuals we saw in our quadrant of the store during those few seconds were employees. A lack of response from the store and manager only fuels the thought that an employee stole the phone. As much as I love North Face products, I will be purchasing my winter products and clothing line elsewhere. I am both disappointed and angered by the lack of quality customer service.
