They began to argue with me and I had to end up taking out my phone to show them their own website. It was pretty shocking actually that it came to that. The picture I showed them on their website was the exact model I described and they still couldn't find it in the store. I ended up walking away and finding it folded up on a main display. A crazy experience for sure that definitely makes me want to shop online only and skip the store experience.

This weekend they are offing 20% off everything. The staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer our questions. The place was packed with people wanting to make their purchases.
