This Dania Beach shop , is a massive 160,000-sq ft outdoor destination with a large aquarium, an indoor shooting range, boats, tense, fishing, equipment, barbecuing, bicycles, golf carts, packaged food... and the Islamorada Fish Company restaurant. Unfortunately, I left empty handed. I found clothes & hats in black or white which wouldn't work. Disappointed I couldn't even order other colors from their website.

I could have gone to any big box store and would have received better service and care. They all, including the bike mechanic, need some training. I brought my bike in last week because it had a flat. First they said the service for both wheels & 2 tubes wouldn't be more than $120 - the service ended up being $200. The price is fine but why say $120 and then charge $200? I haven't had my bike for more than 2 years, I've never fallen on my bike, I take care of it like it's my child & on top of that, I barely ride it - when I picked up my bike the mechanic said "did you ever notice this dent on the rim?" No, I never noticed it because it wasn't there. THEY dented my rim - probably in the process of removing my tire. Now that's something else I need to fix. 2 days after picking up my bike - it's flat again (didn't even ride it btw). These people didn't properly put the tube. I called them to let them know that I'll be passing by so they can fix it - whoever answered the phone was extremely rude with an attitude. I ended up going to the doral location and it was fixed within 5 mins. But because of the horrible customer service from their gables location, I'll just be taking my bike elsewhere. Too many bike shops in Miami to be dealing with an incompetent one.

As a result, my fishing day was ruined, with a loss of both time and money. I do not understand why I was sold shrimp in that condition. It is not professional, and it does not feel honest toward customers. My advice to all anglers: if you buy live shrimp from this shop, make sure you carefully check their condition before paying and before leaving.
